SO grateful to have found this Channel, and this brilliant lady. There's nowhere on my body I am not in pain, as I have fibromyalgia, and now osteo arthritis is creeping in. I am new to Qi Gong, and Louhan Patting, but I have a scarred eardrum in my left ear, I often get dizzy (like now!), and it stops me doing anything much, and makes me extremely nauseous. It was whilst looking to see if there's a natural way of helping me (probably isn't), I found this lady on this Channel. I did the sinus drain and chest drain, prior to this. Going to do this now, and have subscribed.

It's true, it was just stress, the moment I let grudges, negative feelings to let go. I felt relief in 1-2 day itself. Also, I have applied diclofenac at TMJ and did moist hot pack (used hot water and normal cloth), got much relief... then I tried these exercises available in Internet. I really thank God. The doctor actually suggested arthroscopy, which I could avoid now. Hope this finds whoever is suffering and guide them to painless days . Much love.

This is wonderful! I hold a ton of stress in my TMJ, especially on the right side. After 3 rounds I felt tension leaving my head, shoulders, spine and even my hands and feet. Will do it every day from now on and keep a journal of effects. Thank you ❤

Day 3 today. Lots of pain came up - good! Also noticed that the tenderness and inflammation has reduced enough to allow the massage to penetrate deeply and that felt really good. Shoulders and hips feel more limber, too. ❤

This was great! I have TMJ from an aggressive dentist pulling out my wisdom teeth. Chiropractic sessions helped a lot but this made it where I can actually lie down on my side. A thousand thank yous!

Thank you! Simple and one of few that doesn't promise "instant relief", "20 years of stress gone in 30 seconds" etc. The downside is that I also suffer from severe fibromyalgia and my hands/fingers hurt like hell by massaging myself. ☹ I recently got sudden tinnitus too, probably the last thing my body had in store because of constant stress and pain. Will ask my man to massage me instead.

Thanku so much. From last one year lockdown started due to tention . Started pain in jaw joints it started pain in teeth. Went to dentist. Dr adviced to take painkillers. I could not take painkillers because of irritable bowel syndrome. Iam 65 year and I Have TMJ disease,so 2 my teeth had been taken,how to exercise in order to be fine,my mouth still be opened 4 finger,and still hear Click and Crifitus,but not Head ache,and normaly to eat. Had tmj for three months now, the clicking sound is still there on my left side, although jaw pain has subsided, but now my problem is that my lower back tooth hurts so much but it's not broken, it's whole and healthy yet it hurts, and for a week now my upper and lower back teeth constantly touch each other, and I wake up at night because my upper and lower back tooth hits each other so hard, I suspect it's because of tmj please help how can I stop this?
