I cried out of pure happiness by the message that the universe send me through your t-shirt. I am recovering from PMO addiction and this is a sign that I am on the path to recovery. My kidneys meridian energy have been blocked since I was a kid peeing on my pants due to an abusive father. I am doing this exercise every night before sleeping and every morning. I love you wonderful person! Thank you for your energy and wisdom.

Hi! Just sharing a wonderful result from one of these meridian exercises. A few months ago, my ultrasound says I have mild fullness in my left kidney after covid infection. I started doing the meridian exercises mainly for liver, kidney, and lungs. Just yesterday, both my kidneys are finally normal :) Drinking at most 3L of water helps too and limit salt and sugar intake. I also follow Sattvic lifestyle for my sinus problem cuz of covid. Really thankful for your exercises! I will incorporate these daily after workouts 😁🙏

Excellent, intuition wondered if the sense of "thickness" inside my calves might be a blocked meridian. Then found this video. Making it part of my daily practice atmo. Great work!

@@prabhukumbar8313 the pain almost gone now, I can do many activities again. Actually I listened to other yt channel for guided meditation before sleep, and I'm practicing Nofap/semen retention.
