My kidneys meridian energy have been blocked since I was a kid peeing on my pants due to an abusive father. I am doing this exercise every night before sleeping and every morning. Hi! Just sharing a wonderful result from one of these meridian exercises. A few months ago, my ultrasound says I have mild fullness in my left kidney after covid infection. I started doing the meridian exercises mainly for liver, kidney, and lungs. Just yesterday, both my kidneys are finally normal :) Drinking at most 3L of water helps too and limit salt and sugar intake. I also follow Sattvic lifestyle for my sinus problem cuz of covid. Really thankful for your exercises! I will incorporate these daily after workouts 😁🙏
