I did this last night on my puppy with CHF. I felt the warm sensations as soon as I lifted my hands to turn them towards her. Okay I did this because I really like this kid and she said her stomach was hurting so she was going to sleep. You should get energy from your left hand, sending it towards the heart chakra down the feet, then sending it upwards upto the throat chakra then from there sending it through your right hand to the patient. the energy comes from the throat chakra to the heart center then is being sent to the person to be healed. also it should be white light when you receive it. also u must be of a noble character and very loving for true healing.

UPDATE after my comment below: I learned that you should put a protective shield around you so that you don’t feel so drained afterward. Also, this triggered my Kundalini awakening (not saying it’ll do it for everyone, just sharing my experience). Thank you for this video! I did this today while sitting outside close to a tree with the sun on my face, and I think that makes a huge difference! My crown chakra, arms, and palms had a tingling and heat sensation!
