@Joseph Gross I know what you mean. My ex was a narcissist and it was hell. One moment he was generous and loving, the next he was pissed off and insulting me. It was like being on a rollercoaster. I never could make him happy no matter what I did. Learned why after we broke up. He could be generous and loving at times, but for the most part, it was always about him. Never again. It has taken me over a year now to feel normal. One of the most painful and devastating experiences of my life. So sorry you went through it also. Everyone has a void in their life that only God can fill. Money, power, sex, material possessions, hobbies, career, etc. can’t fill it. Neither can that other person. If you expect another person to fill that void, you are placing an expectation upon them, that they can not meet, and not for lack of wanting to. That is selfish and sets them up for failure. Hey brother, just recall the relationship of your parents towards each other and towards you. The subconscious of a child collects the toxic patterns from parents and that's the reason why later in life one may attract the same shit over and over again. Stay alert and break the loop. Also it helps to know your own astrological birth chart. For example: I have Capricorn and Vesta in Venus (which stands for hardship in love) and my parents were both highly aggressive, abusive and toxic. My father was a narcistic person who forced me to eat and used violence. My mother had anger outbursts and depression. @@num1Jaysta she abandoned me after 14 yrs of marriage, unfortunately. We only had 4 minor fights in our marriage, I could honestly say I was very blessed and very lucky to have her and I did not ask nor did anything which was bad enough to put our marriage in trouble. Quite sad, I really don't want to talk bad about her, let's just say she changed and she was influenced by the wrong people. This happened at the worse possible moment, my mom was diagnosed with cancer and I have to take care of her, I am handicapped. So having her strength behind me right now is so important and I must muster that strength and hope from God and myself. I miss her a lot.

There's truth to all of these...but as a woman # 12 hit me. NEVER EVER give an ultimatum!!!!! I made that mistake & it ruined everything. I wldnt say it was to change him, but I wanted more of a comittment (not marriage at that time) but I said if he couldn't do that I couldn't see him anymore. It wasn't my intention to manipulate but I'm sure that's how it seemed. I'm not trying to "air dirty laundry" but I wish someone would have told me this! I wish I could take it back but I can't & it's waaaaay too late! To the ladies I wld say....I know guys can drive us crazy & make us wonder.....but if you really care about that person, be patient! To me it seems simple and the rules are not as simply articulated in the video. Rule 1 give the respect you want to get from each other to each other. Rule 2 communicate with each other. Rule 3 listen to each other, that means really hear each other don't just sit quiet with your mouth shut and not hear word. Rule 4 if you don't want it done to you don't do it. Rule 5 be honest with each other. Rule 6 don't play games with each other. Rule 7 make it safe for your partner to communicate with you don't make them think they're going to get attacked or frozen out. Rule 8 Say you're sorry and mean it when needed. 9 Give forgiveness and receive forgiveness when necessary. Rule 10 if the person has qualities when you first get to know them that go against what you want in a person so you feel you have to change them or yourself to date them don't date them. Rule number 11 know within yourself what you want in a partner before you get serious with someone that way after some getting to know them you'll know weather they are what you want. It's better for you both because there's someone great out there for everyone but if we don't know what we want how do we know we've found them?

If you have to sneak and go through someone's personal belongings it only shows how insecure, untrustworthy, and devious a person really is and it could be a cover up on what the other person is actually doing they find a way to get upset with you so that they can do their dirty deed on the low . If someone goes through your things they don't trust you so you don't need to be with that person cause you really don't trust yourself trying to find a reason to make yourself feel like you are entitled to do it because of you being sneaky and crazy things that goes through your mind. If anyone does that to you break up with them and keep it moving cause they will continue to do sneaky things behind your back. That's a dangerous person

This video is very accurate from the opposite sex point of view. Great work in trying to relate so both sides can be in a great relationship with each other. Being relaxed and balance with a positive attitude is a good way to be... Oh Dear Me!!! This list certainly brought back some VERY sour memories! I will be the very first to admit that I made mistakes in my past Former marriage. But I checked off of the list above. And YES my Former wife did EVERY single one on that list! I do remember telling her over, and over, and over, and OVER again! But she simply would NOT listen.. All her Doctors told me that she had a stress full employment. Which is true. But there is no excuse for this! She would ALWAYS would say that she "Loved me".. But that list above..... Has NOTHING to do with love! It is quite the opposite... The ultimatums I remember the most... I just HATED THEM!!! She would not listen..... Well, she filed for divorce. And GOOD RIDDANCE! All the money in the world. I would NOT take her back! My life is SO MUCH better now!! I don't have ANY problems like this with my current Girlfriend. Life is MUCH better now...

Sounds like this is a man who has driven a sane women to react to his actions and lack of communication. Women react this way when their needs are not being met. There’s nothing wrong with her. Patience can only go so far. Take a time out, find your balance, regulate your emotions, find out what you want. If it’s not what you want leave because this man will not have your best interest at heart if you stay. Love is not enough if your values, wants, and needs do not align. Don’t wait because waiting can be 5, 10 years. Some men cannot muster up the courage to reject you and will likely keep you around for convenience. If he doesn’t know, he needs to figure that out Alone and not at the expense of your heart and time. Have a time frame, set clear boundaries, take action. It’s not an ultimatum, it’s expressing your needs and if it’s not being met, leave with confidence. This type of relationship is also lacking communication and emotional maturity on both ends. Going on with this type of relationship can ruin someone’s self esteem and can become emotionally abusive. Anyone who thinks you are dramatic, clingy, and cannot discuss the core issues is not the right one for you. Those are damaging words and thoughts and you may need to find someone more compatible. Women you are intuitive and believe in yourself. Don’t let anyone question your own sanity. If you begin to over-analyze, rationalize his actions, and check his phone, something is not right with you or with him. Run away immediately. The right person will never cause you to do or feel this way. If they are open and honest about their relationships with other women, there is no need for concern. Although I agree with some of the points on the video. Both individuals need to work on themselves and leave this relationship or take a very very long break to find their own balance or learn how to communicate better with each other.
