Nah. Brandon probably has the best legs in the men’s physique division and yet his legs are so small when it comes to comparing against the classic guys. They need to be working extra on that, put on 15-20 lbs of extra muscle in the off season and then they can be competitive. Breon and George are the current Classic Olympja and Arnold champs and put them in 212 and they can be competitive. Men’s physique has gotten bigger as a whole division but they didn’t catch up with the classic cause classic also has gotten freakishly bigger.

He humbled himself before God, knows his roots, knows his struggles trials and tribulations and now he’s first place. Defend your title and keep the waves coming! groing up in south florida i knew many a body builder. one of them told me a long time ago, 99% of all amateurs "use" something and 100% of pros "use" a lot. nothing worng with that and what they use doesn´t build muscle without hard work but when people at high levels pretend they have never used anything it is disrespect towards eveyone trying to learn to get in shape.
