That's hilarious. I literally just prepared this(it's baking in the oven right now with 30 minutes to go), by combining my old bread pudding recipe with your apple cake recipe. No idea how it'll turn out, but it's funny seeing this pop up now. Also, I usually add nutmeg and cinnamon to my bread puddings. Looking forward to trying out this recipe soon tho.
