I agree for the most part. The only discrepancy I have is we are not born with a pure mind - or rather we are born in ignorance Aka the absence of Love and Light. This absence draws to us the experiences we need to become more conscious in the world of appearances. Or put another way, the instrument we call ourself, is able to express the true Self more and more. Likewise when we die - when the instrument gives up the ghost, the temporary Temple that became enlightened through living, takes with it only the ability to Love . We don't take what we have, we take what we are. Each lifetime sees the instrument of the true Self being able to take in and express more Light - more of our true Self. The mind through reincarnation becomes clearer and clearer until one day, realization comes and rebirth is no longer necessary. At least on this plane of existence. I remember listening to a video you did a while back and you said, when you are witnessing emotion, do not create a narrative about it for this only adds fuel to the fire. This was key. Feelings like thoughts must be witnessed - a disassociation from them must become apparent. Through Netti Netti -through knowing what we are not, we come closer to knowing what we are. To a point. Until the true Self has been touched, and we know ourselves beyond the instrument, we will not truly know - our misidentification with form is not complete. I agree - the thinking mind cannot reason or rationalize the trauma within. It will only keep the negative feedback loop of the Ego alive while causing us to chase our tail. We must focus on our sense of 'I am-ness' which dissolves the pain within. This enlightenment is not always apparent while meditating but it is a few days later when you realize.....wow I have clarity where I never did before. Ok; going out on a limb here. Just came across this vid tonight. One of the very best and helpful and simply explained videos I have ever seen. This young man is amazing. I am very blessed. Hi Sunny After meditating awareness watching awareness in silence, I have been breaking free from a lot of programs that held me back for years! Thoughts still appear and subside, but it is more seen from the space of awareness.

Beautiful Sunny. Clarity - 10 out of a 10. Would love to hear a video on “feeling into” different difficult thoughts and emotions during the day. In activity! So many folks also feel very overwhelmed in the AM before the start of a work day. 🙏🏻❤️👍

How is it that since ive started meditating, my whole world and life is physically crumbling or getting worse? Really wanted that ease of being and given everything im struggling in every aspect of my life😂 When i say nothings working since the 6 months of me starting to meditate daily, i mean getting rejections, illnesses, death, no money, etc everything strong enough to crush your soul and will Am i being purified or is this a great purge where all i can do is surrender at the deepest level!

Surrender at the deepest level and persevere, find refuge in the Self and keep letting come what comes, letting go what goes
