@@willpatersondesign thanks to one of your previous videos yes I do! The latest logo I designed I used a grid and it really helped! It let me play around with some shapes and iterate on the design whilst knowing sizes etc were consistent. I'm very happy with the results

It depends on the day 😂 Usually yes, but if it's just something fast or very organic in shape, I forfeit guides altogether and just freeball it.

yeah i dont think this explained how to use it too well, more just how it works. Ive seen some creators have sets of weird grids that they use for designing more interesting stuff. it was on shorts so i have no idea who it was anymore

Grids yes, to a point, but golden ratio no.

@@YouCefgamesI think it isn’t always necessary. Flexibility of layout doesn’t always require it. It can be a helpful tool, sure, but that’s about it.
