Live in Australia and my XJ is illegal on road on 33's. I so wish we weren't such a fecking nanny state when it comes to modified vehicles. Some awesome builds on UA this year as always. Good work Dave
@UnrealAdventure4x417 күн бұрын
Ours are mostly illegal too in the letter of the law, but we get away with it partially because safety in numbers and largely according to casual use and enforcement of said laws. Basically don’t be a jackass and you usually don’t get treated like one. Most cops are totally cool to us and the very few that aren’t we just deal with. We have had multiple escorts in and out of town (the good kind) over the years, and all spontaneous, at their instigation, not ours, during UA. Cheers!

It varies state to state it seems. Arizona and New Mexico seem pretty lenient
@grahamgeiger320613 күн бұрын
Washinton seems pretty lenient also. The only times I've had issues I fully deserved it and even then it was just warnings. I got told to get home safely one night once with only 1 headlight, no taillight, 2 tires on rims, and no plates or registration.

My daughter and I are about 20 minutes south of Auburn Alabama and we don't have the rocks as they do up north or out west, more mud and hill climbs and dried up creek beds. we got started and have so many memories from watching Dirt Every Day and Extreme 4X4. Don't know the history of why they got taken off of TV but, we are loving your content and hope do you continue to put it out. I'm not rich and it's the same kind of thing that that you do on your shows that my daughter and I have always did. We built our vehicles from what we had laying around or what we could trade to get what we needed and she has added so many ideas to our rigs from your shows over the years. great job, we love it.

Hi Dave! This is my first year to watch AU. Now I know they call it Unreal Adventure. Loved the awesome road repairs. JTT is doing astounding. Can you imagine if it has a double T-case. Just wondering how much trans cooler or radiator does the rig needs to solve the overheating problem to run those big tires on the highway. Excellent wheeling footage 👍👍👍👍👍.

I'm not sure I'd get the DJI gimbal. I have the Osmo Mobile 6 and while it works great, it really only works with the DJI app. And there's some security concerns there. That's not to say you can't just use it with the built in camera app but a lot of the cool features go away. I don't have a recommendation for you but that's my thoughts on it. Thanks for the vids!
