Tbh all the actors from the OG trilogy are able to reprise theyre rolls in this new main universe! Ian McKellen or fassbender as magneto, patrick stewart or maccalroy as xavier, halle barry as storm, marsden or cavill as cyclops, Hugh or cavill as wolverine, Reynolds as Deadpool as primary xmen with what's his face as days of future past badass bearded version of iceman, Colossus, pyro, tatums gambit,etc! All in comic accurate uniforms!

I'm even more ecstatic about the upcoming slate knowing that some X-Men will be sprinkled throughout the films! I believe they are going to have the X-Men '97 line up, or close to it (minus Gambit), so Channing can show up one final time, because seriously, he looks like the Hulk in a speed racers suit. A less wrestler, more runners build actor for Gambit, please. But the first time I hear "ZARK", and a red beam of FORCE slams into a bad guy, sending him flying, or a group of bad guys get electrocuted by a bolt of chained lightning, both from off screen, before the reveal my heart will skip a beat and a big grin will spread across my face, as I think "Finally, to me-- my X-Men!"
