You can't truly understand this man's teachings unless you give it a try. One of my favourite quotes from past interviews with Wim is "You won't find the meaning of life from reading books, YOU are the book, and you need to open up." Happy + Healthy + Strong = Truly Free... I realize this is 5 years old at this point, but thanks so much for posting this podcast, I'm a big fan of Wim and his practice. It has helped me (and continues to do so) with so many physical conditions from fibromyalgia to chronic arthritis pain, sleep apnea, chronic headaches, and auto immune conditions, among others. I love his perception of the mind-body connection... very similar to the native philosophy that everything is connected, we are all related, and the sacred hoop of life. Very interesting- I'm currently studying the idea of what psychology calls "genetic memory", and how it may have a play in all my physical troubles (through genetic memory of past experiences of my ancestors and the learned responses they may have passed on to me). God accomplishments so much more than we have ever imagined; we have done so much less than we have ever boasted about! Rich Roll was headed in the wrong direction in his life overall being trapped by addiction but found recovery to the benefit of all of us. He got sober at the same facility as my brother. My brother had good things to say about Rich Roll: “He was a cool 😎 dude, like you and me.” Win Hof has helped to show people how powerful and helpful their brain, mind, and Spirit can be, Rich Roll helps by asking him questions we all have!! I haven’t taken an Ashwagandha or L-Theanine for anxiety in 4 days. Interesting to me, I started my cold baths and breathing 4 days ago.😆God bless you Mr. Wim Hof!!! Update......it’s been 2 months now and still GREAT!😂🎉😂🎉

Thank you Wim Hof for spreading your word and method to us at no cost. I really hope that you stay faithful to your filosofi and do not get the money and greed control you, like it happened to many other (as Osho). Be with Rich but do not become rich (materially)!;) Thank you Rich for sharing his word with the world. Respect!

I was a *little* let down when I clicked on the video and began to realize it was a podcast and not a documentary, but then Wim started talking and I decided everything is just fine. And so now I'm watching and listening. :)

I am new to the Wim Hof Method, and I would like to thank you for sharing this information of Hypoventilation in water, I intuitive would not do this practice, but I can see how this instruction from Wim Hof can be seriously dangerous for people that have no discernment or are under the spell of the guru trip. Thank you for bringing this information to my intention and to public attention. I can say you do come across as a Dibba Dobber in your delivery I in courage you to report in a more professional manner detached from your personal opinion. Thank you for sharing.

Funny story : I once mentionned Wim Hof in a job interview and I’m 100% sure they thought I was a huge liar because the interviewer rolled his eyes when I said Wim climbed MT Everest past the death zone in shorts and boots. I didn’t get the job. But I still listen to Wim haha.
