Bravo. As I mentioned a while ago , Tai Chi for us is breathing , primarily breathing . So I am ever so grateful for this exercise where you acknowledge how important it is . We are still on module 1 B , which we find logical in continuous breathing . Module 2 we try sometimes , but find difficult to follow , primarily because it has no rhythm with our breathing . We would be thankful if you would clarify this for us . Love Leo and Helena .

Create your own breathing rhythm for all the following modules. Do what feels most natural and stick to it. You don't have to breathe like me it might be too fast or too slow. As my master says "Tai Chi breathe relax"
