I’m starting this today YALL! It’s June 14th. CURRENTLY: 183lbs 5’8 Not confident, but confident that I can do this! I’ll update on June 30th hopefully. Please put some motivation down below! I really want to wow myself and be confident for grade 10! Edit: (July 5th) 176lbs 5’8 very confident! Hiiii! Sorry for not updating on the 30th. But I have been working out 4 times a week. I’m not sure if this is just how my body works.. but I have noticed my waist has gotten more snatched! One of my belly rolls vanished! And so did some of my back roll! I have also been doing an arm workout and my arms are a bit smaller! I’m so shocked on how much this worked.. I gotta be honest, I slacked a bit.. ate take out food a bit too much. But still got good results! I really recommend this! Will update again July 30th!

updated week process! day 1: it was intense for me, but I feel amazing after doing it, took a few brakes during the workout but got through it. my stomach already feels less bloated! day 2: my abs already feel tighter, I’m pretty sore today but felt physically stronger while doing the workout. the ending is still the most challenging part and took more breaks towards the end, but pushed myself. feeling stronger! abs are even looking more defined then yesterday. a lot of difference in my physical strength already. day 3: super sore which made it harder, but it only gets better when it gets harder. pushing myself day by day. my stomach is literally DEFINED and it’s only day 3. it’s so worth it. you literally see results right away. day 4: honestly was harder then day one probably because I’m just sore (I am doing other workouts though). my stomach is literally flat and more defined. I am feeling so much more confident, that little pouch I had is gone. this is killer for that stubborn tummy fat.

I’m gonna try and be consistent with this everyday until school starts July 5: Day 1, I died had to take a couple breaks when doing the workouts July 6: Day 2 still died, had to take personal break during scissors, leg raises were pretty hard also had to take personal break, could barley complete toe touch def didn’t do the amount I was suppose to, and barley completed 6 inch hold but did it with my feet barley above the ground def felt the burn July 7: day 3 only had to take a personal break half way in between scissors and leg raises but skipped toe touches I can barley do those after scissors😩 lol as extremely sore where the V-line is feeling better today only 3 days in I hate this workout

I can't for the life of me keep my back straight. It's so frustrating. My back always arches and it really eliminates any motivation to work out I have. I almost cried at the last exercise because I couldn't do it with out arching my back. I was so frustrating and it also hurt a lot.

@@abbymartinez6706 Omg so I haven't been doing the planks so much but as for the kicks I can totally relate like it takes a lot to keep those up with not much rest time. Also instead of the planks I decide to do pushups. I been doing this thing where when I started I could barley do 5 LOL but then I did them and like sort of took a moment to catch my breath did it again, and kept going even if it was only 5 push ups in between each small break and I did it everyday and anytime I could I would try to do more. so each day I been able to do more and more. so now I can at least do like 10 with no break and they all feel easy like I can just do it till I reach the 11th if that makes sense. I hope all this makes sense lol. and keep going with the workouts im sure u will succeed.

Okay I finally have the motivation Weight: 98 pounds Age:13 Height:4’9 Guys I have lots a fatness around my stomach so I’m gonna finally do a workout! Day 1: done. Im also pretty sure most of the weight I lost was water weight but I would say keep monitoring your diet and number of reps because weight number doesn’t really mean anything when it comes to fat loss.

okay so i dont start school until the 30th so im gonna do this everyday and keep myself and you guys updated for motivation. day 1: im literally dead. the 6 in. hold killed me. day 2: today wasnt bad. ive been cramping so it was kind of hard but okay. day 3: this might have actually killed me. i could feel the burn the entire time. day 4: i decided to skip today bc i was really sore. all day we were moving furniture and re-decorating my room.

updating for a week btw my starting waist measurements is 34 inches also i didn't have a diet cuz I have an Eating disorder and eating makes my stomach hurts but I have a vitamin d deficiency so it makes me gain weight so my results may not be as good as others day 1 was very hard for the last workout i used a wall for support day 2 my lower stomach was burnin all day i did the same for the last workout it kinda hurt when doing crunches but im guessing its normal day 3 it was easier today took less breaks then needed but weirdly i sweated more I started seeing results I had lost 2 inches of my waist already day 4 i did the whole plank today surprisingly sadly my mom walked in on me(we don't have a good relationship so it was awkward) day 5 getting a lot easier and it doesnt feel like forever while doing it so time passed by quicker day 6 i dont expect a lot of results after this week but im going to start doing it with daisy keechs hourglass ab workout everyday until i get my desired body day 7 i fell asleep so i never got to it day 8 ok so i finished it n i def see some changes for example my waist looks smaller but just so u know it doesnt do much in just one week also dont starve yourself cuz that aint gon get u anywhere my waist is now 31 inches

day 1: i was breathing alright BUT MY ABSS WERE HURTING SO BAD day 2: i was so sore i couldn’t do it day 3: it still hurt so bad especially the scissor kicks day 6: i skipped a few days because 🩸 but i’m back on it and i’m seeing results day 7: skipped but seeing results day 8: did it and seeing more results 😩

Trying this out for a month! Day 1: ☑️ - struggled after the toe touch and took a lot of breaks in between but still pushed myself to finish 🥵 Day 2: rest day (my body was so sore that it hurts to move so I decided to just do some stretching + yoga instead) Day 3: ☑️ still sore and took less breaks than last time Day 4: ☑️ felt so lazy but still finished Day 5: ☑️ getting way easier to finish the workout Day 6: ☑️ Day 7: ☑️ Day 8: rest day (period started today so i felt super horrible) Day 9: rest day (period pain sucks) Day 10: ☑️ Day 11: rest day (felt sore and had work) Day 12: ☑️ Day 13: ☑️ Day 14: ☑️ Day 15: ☑️ Day 16: ☑️ Day 17: ☑️ (starting to see some definition) Day 18: ☑️ Day 19: ☑️ Day 20: rest day Day 21: ☑️

I Started this today :) I included a 50 minute cardio & some quick sets of lounges and hip thrusts. So far My legs feel like jelly. Hopefully I can keep this routine going, ima try to switch it up to see what works best for me because I was honestly dying at the scissors. Hope everyone is doing well! Day 2: Did the routine & did 45 minute cardio with “breaks” of lounges & hip thrusts as well as burpees & finished off with a stretching cool down. I woke up with my ab area a little tender but apart from that happy I didn’t bail on working out today. :)

day 1 ✅ - I didn’t finish all of day 1 bc I did a workout before this but I got half way through, it almost killed me LMAO. (had a lot of breaks) day 2 ✅ - finished whole thing (had a few breaks.) day 3 ✅ - hardly any breaks but I ACHE all over. day 4 ✅ - a few breaks but I’m getting so much better at this! ( I think I had at break somewhere around here for a day it was on Sunday) day 5 ✅ - I got distracted half way through but I did ittt day 6 ✅ - I’m really trying to not give up 😭 I can only see the tiniest results. AND I KEEP FORGETTING TO BREATHE day 7 ✅ - I got through it quite quickly the scissors and 6 inch hold gonna kill me one day.. day 8 ✅ - I got a lil lazy today I started late as hell without water too 😭 day 9 ✅ - i did today surprisingly fast without any water and hardly any breaks!! (had a break today on saturday) day 10 IVE LOST COUNT I started again yesterday, FRIDAY 23rd JULY ✅ I’m going to record weekly instead. Weekly checkin- FRIDAY 30th JULY ✅ I can see a little difference but the weekly checkin keeps me going because I don’t record my results workout after workout. literally aching today.

I’ve been doing this for 3 days plus walking and jogging 2 miles first day I felt like I was gonna die but woke up with a flatter stomach day 2 still hard but easier day three a lot easier I have lost a little weight check in on day 4

I started this 3 days go. My progress so far: day1: sooo sore. did not do the exact amount reps supposed to do. i would take breaks w/o pausing the vid 😬. still felt the 🔥 burn day2: woke up with pain in the core and thighs still did the workout. again took a couple of breaks in b/w w/o pausing the vid 🌝. started to do her stretch routine after a workout. def helps i recommend day3: i notice im getting toned abs but i still got the hella lower belly fat 👎 feeling a tad bit sore. still doing the work out w/ a few breaks in b/w and stretches after D4: i was feeling alot stronger. i was able to do more reps. if it werent for my minor scoliosis that really puts my back in pain i think i would be able to complete the full reps D5: ( i took two days off) Felt a lot stronger! was able to keep up with completing the full reps except for toe touches it hurt my neck, 6 inch hold my back still arches 🥲 and still cant hold a plank for 60secs :c idk when i will stop doing it LOL i guess we’ll see when i stop updating 🌝 all i know is i lowkey want to keep doing it until i can do the full reps btw i cant do 6inch hold w/o my back arching SKLAL💀 i HAVE to have my legs up at least TWO FEET 🦶UP HIGH

-Week 1- Day 1 : it was hard but i felt sooo refreshed after Day 2: it was a bit easier but still hard also i did 5 other workouts this day and well my body is hurting Day 3: did it once again it was harder but i do see changes 😍 Day 4: my mom sees changes It was hard and my body aches alot Day 5: i went to the gym yesterday so my body still aches but i did it today but skipped the mountain climbers ill do another workout to keep up with it :) Day 6: today was as hard as always i also skipped moutain climbers and did 60 sec planks to replace it :) i see big changes Day 7: ✅ [End of week one] -Week 2- Day 1: 6 months later I am doing it again and starting over Day 1:✅ my legs and arms feel like jello 💀 Back again.. we are gonna try to do this everyday for two weeks! I've started this workout since Monday i.e 16th Aug, and ima keep doin this twice a day like i did yesterday and today as well. Istfg no other workout has given me such soreness and sweat than this one. I'll keep ya'll updates for the next 2 weeks. Dont give up mah bishes, we got this! Edit: Okay its been about 2 and a half weeks now and i have lost 3 kgs and its toned up my stomach as wellll! Every time i do this workout my stomach not only burns but is realllyyy sore on the inside as well, it feels like its sucking it in. I totally recommend this workout guys, worth the try✨

started 2 days ago. this is my 3rd day. and man its tough but its worth it. the first day was hard and i was unmotivated. day two was a good day. did all the workouts and ended up doing arms and legs that same day😅. today (day three) im feeling a little tired bc i usually do them when i wake up but i had stuff to do today so i ended up doing it at 2:40. im really sore. and my waist and hips are killing me. but its definitely worth it.

trying this!! day 1: i did this once in the morning and once at night i really feel the burn!! day 2: i did it twice again day 3:im starting to see more definition in my stomach,had to take a couple breaks UPDATE: its been like a week and a half doing the workouts and i had pants that i struggled to get over my thighs and it was impossible to zip up over my tummy AND THEY FIT!!!

I wanted to start working out after almost all my clothes in my closet didn’t fit me anymore. Last year I weighted over 186lbs and now I weigh 208lbs and I’m 5’3. I’ve been jump roping for 11 days straight. I started with 100 and added 50 each day until i reached 500 and now I want to start doing other forms of exercise and I’m gonna do this as my abs workout. At the end of the month I’ll tell you how I weight and if I see changes. Please leave encouraging messages Day 1: I took a lot of break and I struggled with the last 5 workouts. I found the first 4 workouts okay.

I’ll keep y’all updated So firstly I’m 5’6 or 5’7 & I’m 60kg yesterday (day 1) it was very painful but we got there, didn’t see a change but, trust the process. Today (day 2) I did it very late because my lower stomach was in so much pain, after doing the workout I couldn’t feel the pain anymore. Today I did see a change, yesterday I couldn’t see any of my ribs unless I held my breath, after the workout I took a look at my stomach and I could see me ribs, I was extremely happy seeing my ribs because that’s how I know the workout works, that’s all for today I’ll keep you updated Day 3 I was really tired and did this at night, I did it before and my lower belly stayed the same but my upper stomach went a bit more flat, I will do this again right now, if your doing this I recommend doing it 2-3 times a day for and change to come quicker. I’m back 1 year later 🤣 but I’m gonna do this workout again I quit 3 days In because I had enough. I’m now 60kg and 5’8 or 5’9 Day (1)

trying this for the next 2 weeks !! Day 1: felt like dying, and my stomach felt like it was being ripped LMAO had to rest on a couple of the reps Day 2: felt very sore and could only do the first rep:/ Day 3: did the whole thing in the morning ! I was planning on doing it twice so again that night but I didn’t feel like it lol. not seeing any changes but that’s a given Day 4: did it and it was ok, waiting to see how long it takes for the workout to get easier Day 5: did it in the morning again! really loving do workouts in the morning so would def recommend to just get it over with. Day 8: skipped a couple Day 9: did it all the way through and I felt great Day 10: skipped the mountain climbers bc im in a dorm now but everything else was good Day 11: same as day 10

Keeping track of my progress lets gooo Day1: i couldnt keep my legs up for the 60 sec hold and scissors 😭 Day2: i cant do this on sunday whoopss but i was so sore this morning oml day3: i cant even lift my legs to do the workout- but i managed to do everything and i even was able to do most of the 60 sec hold day4: less sore and completed the workout. I can almost complete the 60 sec hold Day5: no longer as sore and completed workout day6: done day7: skipped day8: done day9: sunday so skipped

So far i’ve seen minor improvements and left me so sore Day 3: I dont have to take as many breaks as i did before! Day 4: Done!

Just documenting my progress (PROMISE!!!) I’ll do this with some of my initial measurements. Please comment because I know I’ll probably forget to update. Also I will do 10,000 steps extra as normal. Upper BELLY (above belly button): 37.5 BELLY BUTTON (waist): 38.5 inches Lower belly (below belly button):41.2 Day 1 (June 22): painful asf lmao. I am literally panting and sweating. Gonna shower later. Did this on an empty stomach. Day 2 (June 23): done. Surprisingly feels way better than day 1. Could feel my stomach burn. My goal is to do this for at least 5 days but my ultimate goal is a month. Day 3; (June 24): these were FIRE! Weirdly enough I barely sweat at all this time however, my stomach hurts ALOT MORE! I can definitely feel the stomach burn here. I took measurements this morning and I can see a little bit of a difference which is cool! If any of you are seeing please request 😂. Day 4 (June 25): this day I sweated more than yesterday. My lower abdomen is literally killing me. The cramping is gone around this time. Day 5 (June 28): went on a two day break on Saturday and Sunday.

documenting this for a week :) day one- was definitely hard to do the exercises the correct way, but i tried my best. it was really difficult but worth it. day two- some of the exercises (like the plank) were easier! for some reason the mountain climber is difficult so i’m waiting to see if that gets easier! day three- tbh i was really slacking today. the plank got easier but i was really tired. excited for tomorrow to see if i can pick up the pace.
