Sorry for the late reply. We had missed this comment. The company weren’t using RO water during this process. The water profile is adjusted throughout the mashing process. Cheers!

I’ve always been too concerned about oxygenation in the mash idk why, is it really something to worry about?

It’s not something in our experience that we’ve ever had issues with .. there’s always a lot of debate about this so you will hear a lot of opinions. In the case of this mash recirculation process, it is a gentle recirculation process that won’t generate a lot of hot side aeration

too many steps... i think you need to make a manifold and somehow add rakes to the mash tun

Sorry we haven’t been the best at the KZbin game as it’s not a platform we use often.. starting to get that ramped up now and get all notifications sorted to we don’t miss important feedback.
