I also think Brian wanted Jillian back so bad, because Jillian broke up with him, NOT the other way around. When Brian breaks up with someone, he feels justified. But because Jillian was the one who ended the relationship and rightfully called him out for his dishonesty, Brian couldn’t live with that, so he hoped that by winning back Jillian, he wouldn’t have to live with his guilt and shame for ruining his chance for a loving relationship.

So he may have been going after that type even before his "character rot". I have seen it argued that Pearl was a huge turning point in his relationships and what happened to Pearl hurt Brian so much that he didn't want to get emotionally attached to the girls he dated, leading to his shallow relationships in later seasons.

Given that Drew Barrymore costed too much for Fox to voice and she had a falling out with Seth MacFarlene(along with James Woods,since he became too political to Seth and got fired from the show as well). I miss Jillian, even though she was portrayed as an idiot she was hilarious and one of the few characters on the show that’s genuinely a good person. From Jillian on, so many of Brian's problems come from Peter or Lois challenging/disturbing him. Lois's judgement of Jillian in general causing Brian being insecure and making rash decisions. Lois judging Brian for Rita's age, despite Rita being an intelligent woman only 8 or so years older than Lois herself, which again, makes Brian get insecure and judge what rita does more. Peter getting obsessed with Brian's toy, breaking all of brian's teeth and then not paying for the damage Peter did himself. Stewie manipulates brian a lot, but was factually stating that Brian easily gives into what people say. In the end, It is Brian's choices and faults, but the family definitely screws him over a lot. Later seasons make it more clear that Brian is more at fault.

To be fair Brian already judged Jillian and it was clear he was only with her for her body which is why he hid her from the family. Because he was insecure about how ditzy she was and even when the family came around to like her he was still judgemental of her. Lois even called Brian out for using Jillian when she clearly wanted a serious relationship. The stuff with Brian's teeth was Peters fault but Brian turning into a douche and trying to screw over quagmire after quagmire helped him was ALL him. I can't put that on Peter and he definitely deserves getting his teeth broken a second time.

If I was given a chance to do voice acting well I don't know if I could actually afford to hire a coach because I am not already rich and successful to begin with but I would want to practice as much as I can and try to be the best I can. I do have a strong low-pitch voice that I feel like could be a soothing voice for people to hear.
