We went to Waitrose which is super fun because we don't go there much haha!
On the hunt for Manilife, crunchy Biscoff and cereal, and obviously managed to get a few other things too!
Some awesome new foods to try, I love trying new things! So of course we did a taste test as well.
Anyone else get distracted by plants and bowls?

That's great that you gals are going there, mini grocery shopping. That's how it is here in America, we have a store called Whole foods market, it's big and much pricier than other stores but it's soooo nice tons of organic, specific foods. Yes I love that you all treating yourself ❤️, always do please. No guilt needed. Loads of things you like definitely get Elzani 🖤. Yeay new and more cereals and ice creams yeay yeay!!!!! Cinnamon is always great. You guys have tons of types of wheetabix at your shops. I looooove Grackle 🖤🤗 I'm glad you did get new stuff(plates) because you deserve it. Your incredible! I do also get side tracked at stores and spend a whole hour or an hour and a half just looking lol. You gals are adorable. I wish we had naked bars here. We only have a tescos, asda, morrisons here in my side of Cumbria :( I'd like to go to waitrose because they have some different things that are more 'luxury' than basic stores hahaha I'd be staring for hours at random foods

Hey! I love your videos. I’ve been struggling with anorexia for almost a year now and honestly, I feel like going through hell every single day. My ED has already taken away so much from me and my family and I argue and yell at each other every single day. My mom cries so much she doesn’t even sleep at night because of worry that something will happen to me. I eat. It’s not like I don’t eat at all but I eat little ammounts of foods that I feel “safe” with. If I ever eat something “bad” that just ruins my day and I try compensating it with exercise or skipping meals. I have dropped almost 5kg since everything started. Right now I’m 15 ( I’ll turn 16 on September 5th) and 42Kg. Still believing I need to loose weight, that my therapists and nutricionist are wrong and trying to fool me into gaining mass. When I don’t eat my parents force me to drink Ensure and it’s awful. This has been the worst year of my life and I don’t know what to do. Me and my mother started loosing our “bond”, both of us have slight depression now. I keep checking my body on the mirror to see if my ribs are still showing or my collarbone’s visible. I hate living this way but anorexia has taken over my head and the only thing I think about all day is food. What I’ll eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner. How many calories I’m consuming, is it “healthy”?. I’m not allowed to have PE classes anymore or walk to school. I cry everyday. Even considered purging or taking laxatives after meals. I wish this was all over but it doesn’t go away. Those thoughts never stop. I’m 100% obsessed. I’ve lost all empathy for people. I’ve lost my feelings. Everything else in life it’s just secondary cause the main focus of it is being skinny. I’m scared, so so scared, I fear eating, I fear food, my body’s never good enough and I’m not perfect yet. Don’t know what to do. - Brazilian subscriber.

Your Sunpat version might have sugar in it and it could be why it doesn't taste that peanut-y. I haven't tried any Sunpat peanut butter, but anywhere I've seen it on the shelves, I've noticed it has sugar in it. And sugar definitely changes the natural taste of those products! Have you tried Whole Earth peanut butter? It's really good too!

im struggling in eating disorder recovery because although my parents are supportive and want the best for me, both of them don't have weight gain goals (my mum specifically is actively trying to lose weight and my dad sometimes makes insensitive comments about my body or himself being 'fat' when he isn't at all) which is really difficult for me because i am often eating when they aren't (they'll say they are full or don't need dessert but i do) and i just wish i could have someone join in with me like elzani's mum does. does anyone have any suggestions for how i can get past this? x

Nature provides us with enough food for every living creature on the planet. Farmers and supermarkets have the responsibility of growing, harvesting and distributing it responsibly. Billions of pieces of single-use plastic from each supermarket. Abusive and polluting factory farming. Selling products tested on animals and burning the rainforest for palm oil or soya. Use of sweat-shop factories. Clearly the food industry is not doing its job properly. Governments should legislate on these issues before it late. Waitroes are responsible as one of the UKs largest retailers, and should stop operating its business in such a dark, horrible and destructive manner.

Thank god someone said that. I've been wanting to comment about that for so long now. In her videos she seems like she eats a lot but she's been looking the same (a plateau) which most likely means that she purges because in the 1st few weeks of recovery weight gain is usually really fast. I'm saying this because this is exactly how I used to look like after my extreme anorexia, when I started eating I couldn't help it but eat so much and of course regret it so purge Even when I ate a normal amount I still purged but I always "didn't purge it all" or ate very healthy food after I purged which made me gain a little weight but then I stopped gaining weight. And I felt a weird mix between happy and sad at that time but mostly happy cuz I could finally eat so much and then just purge it and not gain weight, which I think elzani might be doing right now :( I reaaally hope I'm wrong but elzani please if u''r reading this I'm a big fan and I want u to be careful and conscious and try your best to beat this cycle if u'r suffering from it. It will eventually end (it took me 2 years to finally stop the purging) but u have to fight every moment. Again I reaally hope it's not the case.
