As someone who attended this last month I can attest to the "Pro Drive" experience. I had the pleasure of riding with Corey and he put that Bronco through it all and never once did it feel out of control. Highly recommend going to the Off Roadeo if you have the opportunity. Was so impressed by the Bronco that I cancelled my Lightning reservation the next day and ordered a Bronco of my own.

@billredding20003 жыл бұрын
@@tallll70 I was looking at both Gladiators -- Rubicon & Mojave -- when I was ready-to-buy (late February 2021), went with the Rubicon as it's more "appropriate" out there in Colorado. Were I still living in West Texas (El Paso) though, with its "milder desert off-roading," I'd likely have gone Mojave. WAS (Plan A) going to get a 2021 Chevy Colorado ZR2, but after 2 months of waiting (mine was parked at the GM factory waiting for its chips, with "no ETA date available"), I went to Plan B: A Gladiator. As for Broncos, to me they were "vaporware" -- often advertised/hyped but never actually OUT yet. Shame on Ford (and lost sales to them) for keeping people waiting for them to OWN & DRIVE vs. looking at or listening to ad videos -- Ford can keep their Broncos. But another Bronco negative (for me): Like a Jeep Wrangler, they can't tow much, so both of those were out. If came down to mid-size TRUCKS, not mid-size SUVs (or full-size trucks like the Raptor, Power Wagon, TRX, etc.). The Tacoma TRD Pro was out for several reasons. So for me, the choices were only ZR2 & Gladiator. Kind of made the decision easy as it was by-default: The only one left on my Short List was Jeep's Gladiator. :-) As for how's its been, "So far, so good." ;-) -- BR

Bronco has more flex in front than some solid axles. It's not the axle that gives you flex it's length of arms and shocks. Look at sxs with swaybar disconnect they flex better than many solid axles. Can't compare 3 foot arm length solid axle vs 1 foot ifs a arm. As the vehicle climbs on one rock one side compresses and on the other spring extends they both do that with solid and ifs. Plus bronco was made to be fast on desert and rock crawler. They Broncos articulation really good.

New bronco can do 100 mph thru desert hitting crazy bumps and not even feeling it. Do you mean over all aluminum parts or just body panels hood, doors. New Broncos aluminum parts are stronger than some steel parts from old vehicles. It's not 1850s anymore materials are way stronger. Aluminum parts can be stronger than steel if made right and with right technique.
