Btw , kpop music isn’t always “pop music in korean “ but kpop artists are known to infuse different genres : hip hop , RnB , pop , jazz, rock , blues , edm , even Latin pop . BTS main base is hip hop but have experimented with other genres. They have 4 vocalists and three rappers . 2 of their rappers use to be underground rappers in South Korea . Edit : Kpop music also Has some English in it. Here some song suggestion Hip hop / RnB side : Hold me tight Mic drop Steve Aoki remix music video Let me know Fake love Home Paradise Joke by RM solo Agust D- Agust D Cypher 1-4 diss track series All night feat Juice wrld Make it right We are bulletproof Singularity ( V solo ) Outro tear Others / non hip hop Save me I need u (19+) original version Dope Blood sweat and tears Butterfly Fire Best of me feat the chain smokers Magic shop Airplane part 2( latin pop vibe ) Not today Outro wings Solos : V: singularity Jungkook: euphoria Suga : so far away / Agust d Agust d RM: joke / trivia love Jimin : serendipity Jhope : AirPlane Jin : epiphany

Little advice never start fan wars amongst kpop groups . There’s a good number of toxics out there . Kpop groups also want to be recognize regardless how different each group is . You be surprise how many dumb comments and arguments I’ve seen that has made the kpop community look bad . We’re not trying to make the fanbase/ community look bad we want it to be positive and good . Especially since it does help grow Asian representation in media , music , etc to a whole another level and show the world what makes kpop different and unique .

They really had a hiphop influence, in fact they went to LA to learn more about hiphop; its history and the OGs for their reality tv show “American Hustle Life”. BTS also have a song that referenced a lot of hiphop artists that influenced them-> its called “hiphop lover”/“hiphop phile”. You might wanna check that out but it doesn’t have a music video only a lyric video. But anyway thanks for checking out BTS and you are positive guys.

Guys, like I stated earlier I really loved your reaction. However, you’ve been rocking strong with black pink and that’s awesome. I’m sure you gained lots of blinks as you should. Moreover, bts fans are called Army, now that you’ve reacted to bts you will gain a lot more subs but it’s important in my opinion to focus your reaction on the group you’re reacting to. Rivalries aren’t helpful in reactions. I’m Army and I Stan bts over all others but I can enjoy other phenomenal groups such as black pink as well. Fan wars hurt the idols. Please try not to compare the groups in a who’s better manner, They’re all awesome and deserve props as individuals! Thanks again for giving our Bangtan Boys a chance, please react to more bts armies like to be fed often.

The little dance closeups 😂💀 y'all goofy as hell but I'm absolutely here for it. As for the American influence..absolutely. This is the remix, but the original is a collab Desiigner. Also, they did an intensive training here in America which was all captured on their docu-show BTS AMERICAN HUSTLE LIFE. They were mentored/trained by top ppl including COOLIO & Warren G amongst others, and they trained at Millennium Dance Studio to learn a lot of the movements and dances that are used here. The show is crazy and super hilarious so dont imagine the docu-show being like monotone or boring because their American training was a whole other experience, the language barrier, and American lifestyle was all fun to watch them navigate through. Please check it out you guys will absolutely get hooked! Great reaction!!

Even though it opens up with Mr. Steve Aoki, he doesnt have copyrights to the song itself since it’s written and owned by BTS Leader “RM” (comes out of ambulance) which was inspired by Obama speeches, Mr. Aoki collabed with BTS to make a remix of their song “Mic Drop” and he was featured in their music video. He does get credit for the remix on top of the fact in was in the MV, they’ve also done a lyrical remix version with Desiigner. *This song is one of many DISS tracks they’ve done directed at haters, jealous antis and anyone who’s against them* *They’ve done many DISS tracks like this one that are directed at haters, Antis and anyone against them for genuinely earning their success.*

I am really excited for you to react to more BTS. I am 47 and have been an ARMY since 2014-when they didn't even have a million Twitter followers yet and now they are at 22 million. It has been amazing to watch them finally getting recognition for their talent and hard work. BTS is pretty genreless. In fact the term BTS-pop or BTS genre got coined. So, if you let us know what kind of music you would like to hear, we can point you in the right direction (personally I say start from the beginning and listen to it all). Thanks again and have a wonderful week! 💜

U should definitely check out the live performance, the MAMA 2017 performance( it's an award ceremony) I'm shook u don't know them even if u don't listen to kpop. BTS is a very huge group and also in the US, they're international sensation. They're so huge that even if it's kpop, they are considered apart of it, that is to say that, there is "kpop" and there's "BTS", because they've accomplished so many things as a group but also as artists. They're incredibly insane and broke so many records: they're the 1st kpop group to perform at the AMA and they also won the billboard music awards which is quite impressive. Mix drop was also top of the charts before Camilla Cabello-Havana and other popular western music. They have such a big history and MADE history: honestly, they've managed to shift society and to bridged the gap between all the races thx to their music, lyrics and performance. They're truly legends and sometimes are compared to the Beatles, which is amazing! I really admire them because they're not only really dedicated to their job, music and fans but they're also amazing people, that is to say as human and to be THAT excellent in what they do made them succeed and become one of the biggest artists that have ever existed.

K-pop is just an industry so basically, the genres they use are basically from all around the world just like any other country. It is just a song from Korea basically so definitely, even the pop songs and bubbly songs can be found from everywhere, it is no special. K-pop is not a genre but rather an industry or culture. EDM, hip-hop, r&b, jazz, rock, etc. are the genres. There are also J-pop, P-pop, T-pop, and the list goes on...and these are just the industry from those countries, the pop music, without any initials, are from the US.

Gentlemen, Thank you for reacting to BTS. And as ARMY (fandom Name) we will help you with any info and answer any question u may have. But for now let me give a little info. First they started in 2013...yep 2013. There are 4 vocalists (Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook; call him kookie) and 3 rappers (RM, Suga, and J hope.) Also, I believe the best way to get into BTS is thru their Cyphers... From the year they started, the rap line has done a Cypher or Outro for each album. And trust me, you need to hear all 4 Cyphers and one last called "DDAENG". Than if those impress you, which I know they will, you could start reacting to each of the rap lines solo projects as well as the groups work... You said you were Blinks! Well let's see if we can make you ARMY! as well. Good luck gentlemen, hope this helped. Oh one last thing, remember ARMY supports ARMY, if you get what I'm saying.
