Sorry, but you got that wrong. Jesus caused only destruction as you can see in Africa. According to bible, world is just 4000 years old. Which is absolutely a lie. Much of bible doesn't make any sense. These Christians rampaged across the world, and converted people or killed them, which made Christianity the largest followed religion. I don't think jesus has done any good.

I can't control my anger. However Swami Ji's idea I am highly motivated it hurts us more than others. Incredible Guidelines and Foresight Pujya Swami Ji has given. I know I have formed a very bad habit of getting angry. But still I am going to try my best even if it takes my entire life to at least minimal my anger to lowest. Because I know reason why I couldn't reduce it to zero. I highly appreciate and thank full to Respected Saint Swami Ji for helping me that I could at least try. Before listening to this great foresight I strongly believed that only if you get angry you find peace and happiness which of course I was wrong. Detachment is one key as Swamiji has given instructions in some other video. A Great Saint Like This Swami Ji could actually see through His Highly Kind and Thoughtful and Generous Foresight To Help me and so many Frllow Friends To Live some what detached life because complete detachment may not be possible for a common person or a common man. Om Sweet Om. Namo Budhay. Om Peace. 😊 🙏🌼🕉️🌺⚛️🌼🙏

To love thy neighbor as ourself. Shamefully I struggle and feel terrible for it. I will continue to work on this issue. The World desperately needs these powerful teachings today during these trying times. Please if you can continue to share these priceless teachings of Supreme Buddha in your exceptional way makes it easier to try and absorb their meanings. This wonderful teacher has much to say to our western minds. One powerful scene that would be extremely useful to the understanding of Buddhism for the western mind is this: The immolation of the monk early during the Vietnam War is utterly misunderstood. This act of love would be a powerful teaching for all westerners and would open many minds to Supreme Buddha

I think we need to work on letting go of the anger as well and work on transforming the energy into something positive. Some people may just stop expressing anger without letting go of it. Repressed anger, as any repressed emotion, is detrimental to our mental health. We need to feel the anger, get in touch with the anger, then let it go. Otherwise repressed anger will not dissolve. It will accumulate and cause illness. I hope you get what I mean! Thanks for all your work, I love your videos and I'm very grateful of all the things I'm learning from you. Keep posting. ❤

🙏🏾💎🧠❤️ u teacher this is very aligned For the past four years, I’ve been teaching myself to undo my negative self talk and practicing no blame, no judgment and it is only the fact that I keep it up every single day for minimum two minutes maximum 20 minutes because you know I’m on my fourth year of practicing meditating and breathing practices. so now I’ve grown my muscle and I can use what I’ve cultivated when things start to get hard, challenging and frustrating. I’m one of those people who love to get out of bed in the morning. But I do need a lot more discipline in other areas of my life. Always working on it. Your message feels like I’m on the right track. Feels my heart with joy. I loved when you said. “ the Ecology of loving kindness”

What a wonderful point he has said in This through of an example. He is absolutely right. Every successful people had to be disciplined at their life. unless you can't control your thoughts, your anger, then you will not never remain in your comfort zone at all . because Before becoming the successful man in world, you have to control your thoughts mind , Have to beware from doing bad works. those things will kill you badly, Although your mind will say you to do the works by opposite prospectus but remember Neve do that . If you need to be Aware about your mind, then you have to meditate in every day for just 5-10 minutes. In majority times our aspects are not cleared to do that works, our intention are not right behind of doing work.

Oeff this was very confronting. Every day i write whatever come to my mind in my diary. Now i see that i am living my thoughts. And most of them are not positive of grateful or directed by any power of will. I thought it was useful to write down everything i think for making it go away, but lately im discouvering through more video’s that writing down every thought can make them even stronger. And it comes down to what i do, not what i write or think. And there it gets challenging, when it’s about doing. so writing thoughts can be a way of escaping to take action. Thank you for bringing this message, so helpful!

Namo Buddhaya 🙏 I have learnt a lot from your videos. I would like to add on the neurological aspect to today's video. Our amygdala in the brain triggers our fight or flight response. The amygdala causes an angry response from us. It is said that meditation reduces amygdala reactivity or even shrinks the amygdala, hence meditation is good for disciplining the mind.

All these years we were keeping everything to ourselves...and suffered in SILENCE...the more we ignored every evil things THEY did ...the more THEY kept repeating the same...!!! SO, It is TIME that we express our anger and sufferings ...!!! It may be too late for people , who are neither living nor dead...but, at least the future generations will benefit...!!! Whether we keep silence or shout from the roof top ...THEIR AGENDA IS ONLY ONE THING ...So, for THEM , WE are evil anyway...!!! Because of their fear of losing power...!!! THANK YOU NAMO BUDDHAYA...!!!
