Someone should have made the movie where Buford chases the Bandit and Snowman into Hazzard county where hilarious hi-jinx ensues. Just to see Sherriff Justice scheme with Boss Hogg on some inept plan that inevetably blows up in their faces. (Sorrell Booke with Jackie Gleason in those characters together would kill me) Frog and Daisy will get in a catscrap at the Boars Nest over some Threes Co style misunderstanding but will be as close as sisters by the end. Cooter will tune up the Trans am without telling anyone while it's being hidden in his garage. The Duke Boys will convince the Bandit to run his car in the Hazzard 500 1/2 mile oval track race where they find out the Track promoter and Boss Hogg smuggled moonshine to the race in snowmans Truck!!!! I'm getting carried away. Time to back away from the computer..

I disliked the sequel and this scene was one of the reasons why. The character was toned own, not angry enough and suffered total humiliation throughout the entire movie. Yes I am aware that Jackie was sick but come on! Do you really think you can just walk up to a sheriff and crush his badge? Your ass would have been tasered and thrown in jail! And what about falling off the bridge? Attempted murder, destruction of police property! This would never work in real life! Hal ruined the sequel!
