YES!!! Week one complete 🎉🎉🎉. Observations: In the past when the workout got hard I’d stop and not finish and then I wouldn’t come back. This week I stuck to it. Showed up every day and completed the workout…even if I needed to pause a minute. I’m 54, 35lbs overweight and I have no upper body strength. I avoid getting down on the ground. Way too difficult getting down and back up. I really tried this week. I would have to pause the video to do it. Not today 🎉. I didn’t pause once. It was still difficult but yet easier. So proud of myself. Can’t wait for week two. Thank you ❤❤❤.

Today's workout was at a hotel gym that didn't have my weights I usually use so I pushed myself to use 25's and I couldn't believe that they really weren't that heavy. I did it! It's these workouts that are helping me gain strength and mobility. 💪

Loved this workout!! I started doing NML workouts in February at 2 years postpartum. Struggled to even do a few push ups from my knees, and today I was able to do them all from my toes in this workout!! In February I started with 10# dumbbells and struggggled, today I was using 20s! I was always a cardio girl until now, I’ve become addicted to NML strength workouts!

For some reason, this one was really hard for me. Though I enjoyed most of the moves, I think that was the most mentally challenging workout I've ever done. But I DID NOT QUIT. Yes, I paused a couple times, but I pushed through and made it to the end. It feels good to be on the other side of not giving up and getting through something that really challenged me. Still feeling the legs from Thursday (even with a rest day yesterday!) and it may have taken me over an hour with rebounder breaks, but it hit all the right spots and I can't wait to return to it! I'm usually a hardstyle Kettlebell swinger, and I love how crosstraining with the ski swings seem to really help me dial them in!

I started this and then got covid and was out for a few weeks. But I’m back and getting back in! I did a few of your shorter workouts for a few days to get recalibrated! And love the Daniel Tiger reference. We all need that!!!❤😂

Couldn't do this workout yesterday since my daughter had a doctor's appointment that took up all the time I set aside for my workout, and it was hard to convince myself to make it up today, but I did! Still get one more day of rest before coming back to the grind Monday! Looking forward to next week's workouts!

I love when Rachel sounds the horn 😂 The last few programs I did had 6 days of exercise. Should I take two days of rest this time or add a run onto the 6th day since I enjoy running? Trying to decide what’s best for my body on my weight loss journey.

Week 3 done!! I went up in weights and I did the advanced core exercises! Literally cannot believe my lower abs were able to support that!! Strength gains!! 💪

I started week 1 of #build30 over again this week (since I was behind from the hurricane in Houston last week) and just finished Day 5. Build30 is my absolute new fave - LOVING all the new moves 🎉, too! After the burnout, I rewound back to hear your motivational words again (during OH march) and ended up doing the 30 & 20 sec rounds a second time. Thank you Team NML for all you do - your positivity, support, encouragement and push to challenge ourselves. PS. I think we need a new NML t-shirt - NML logo on front and "Stay in the fight" on the back. Seriously, you are always positive, but that spoke to me on another level today
