Guten Morgen KayKay, das ist ein sehr gutes Core-Training. Da ich nicht so super trainiert bin, habe ich aber oft Probleme, wenn zu viele Übungen für die vorderen Bauchmuskeln hintereinander kommen, da die sich bei mir dann total verkrampften. Könntest du mal ein Core-Workout entwickeln, bei dem die Muskelpartien immer abwechselnd gefordert werden? Also vorderer Bauch, Rücken, seitlicher Rumpf und das dann immer im Wechsel? Liebe Grüße und danke für deine tolle Arbeit!

Ein wirklich tolles Workout, das ich nach einem schnellen 5 km Lauf optimal fand. Ich werde es oft integrieren, vor allem wegen einigen neuen Übungen, die wirklich gut herausfordernd sind. Ich bin jedes Mal fasziniert, was es an neuem gibt. Unsere Muskeln werden sich morgen „bedanken“ 😅😂❤❤❤

Hi, Kay! Happy New Year! Hope you got to spend and enjoy the holiday season with your family and loved ones! I commented on one of your (long resistance) videos in November about a new/updated long resistance band workout targeting mostly the abs, as most of the videos target the glutes. You mentioned that you would make one in December and I waited excitedly, but did not see the video yet. I'm definitely not complaining, as I'm grateful for the amount of work and effort you put in your workouts and bring them to us constantly. Just wondering if you still have plans to make the video?
