Could you suggest some dumbbell alternate exercises for each of these suggested exercises. You have quite the equipment setup there!

Another great video!! I’m doing these exercises now but not using Tricon. I’m going to use Tricon this week and going forward. I’m currently in a cutting phase so I’m not looking to build yet but to tone and drop some fat. Thanks for the in depth explanation of the workout.

Trying to regularly incorporate tricon sets into my regular rotation of exercises. started 4 months ago lifting for the first time in years. I'm 60. Seen about 5-7lbs of muscle growth. Growing out of my shirts :)

Just curious, why couldn't we do 3 Sets of FOUR Reps for each phase of the Tri-Con Sets instead of three Reps? It would still fall in the preferred 8-12 rep range for hypertrophy.

@@jasonhurst8599 Just add enough weight that 3 reps for each of the three phases (3 explosive contractions / 3 isometric contractions / 3 slow contractions) that you are sufficiently challenged!!! I found that I had to shut off my ego and use lighter dumbbells to complete just three Sets of TriCon exercises; also, I perform all the exercises as a Superset with minimal time spent between exercises (three exercises per Set in this video).
