Ya kill me with the 100 pushups after the three exercises. I have been doing another chest workout of yours that finishes with the 100 and I can get about 15 done and collapse. Give it about 30 seconds and drop to knees and get about ten at a pop. Can only get a total of 50 before I am just toasted strudel and stop. Completely cussing you out but I know why after four months. Thank you.

Just finished Chest Day Coach. All I can say is Killer. Last 2 sets of Tricon after you destroyed the chest with 4 other Dumbbell exercises. By the time I got to Tricon I was literally spent, but the Pump was insane. Thanks for sharing and all the Great Videos. Peace my Brother Gary RK

Thanks for all the great information! Now that I'm getting older, I find myself bruising really easily. My upper thighs look like I've been beaten with a cane from setting my dumbells for bench presses, etc. Any tips? Thanks again!

i don't have the cable machine just dumbells.When doing the isometrics how and where do I squeeze? all the way up is like neutral..help

66 years old and lower chest is certainly a problem. I went from the gym to home workouts after retirement using bands. Ive also been fighting shoulder injuries for years (always rehabbing it seems). I like what your saying but not sure how the cable machine will be on my shoulder. How many times per week would I need this exercise routine to shape my chest?

Do dumbell flys . Many people with shoulder problems like me went to strictly dumbbell flys. I only workout each body part once a week only one day I do 2 body parts. 5 days a week workout and weekends off. I'm 64

What would be so wrong if we did Tri-Con Training using 4 Reps per phase rather than 3? Also would love some videos that focus on improving STRENGTH rather than Hypertrophy.

I train at home. I do not have a cable machine. You need to provide alternatives for us at-home trainers.

Buy a pulley from the hardware store along with a piece of cable ,some cable clamps, a couple of pieces of chain and some closeable hooks. Hang the pulley somewhere secure. Boom you have a cable machine. It's worked for me for years. My cable is my primary go to for triceps and back.
