I'm so appreciative for all your videos. I have gleaned so much more from watching these lessons than I have from surgeons, neurologists or physical therapists, to be honest. No one seems to have the time to explain things. Just ordered your wall anchors and looking forward to doing these exercises daily. The McKenzie method you suggested on another video was key to my recovery from ruptured discs. The pain went from almost unbearable to very manageable within 36 hours, despite having been in pain for almost three months. So very grateful for all you guys do for so many people who are suffering with neck and back pain. Namaste!

What brand are the bands that YOU are using in this video? The Sanct Bands on your preferred page do not have the metal rings near the handles... please advise. I’ve ordered the anchors and eagerly awaiting their arrival. :)

Hi may i know what different between physical therapist and chiropractor? I look their work almost the same,like joint manipulation, pain management by electromodalities and heat,kinesio tape,dry needling and etc.in malaysia population of chiropractor very little,they run own clinic.compare to physical therapy almost all hospital must have physio department. But chiropractor claim that all that i mention just know are chiropractic skill,they said physio must thank to chiro... so, may i know what our speciality or expertise as physicaltherapist that other proffesion should not claim as their expertise.nowadays, occupational therapist do physio job,physio do chiro job..and chiro is a doctor..but in malaysia ,chiropractor was like doctor for traditional chinese association.so confussing..

I have bulged disc at L5-S1. It's been 6 months,I am 90% recovered except for mild sciatica.Should i start this type of work out now or wait for complete recovery?

Need help guys! I have had trouble with my Ac joint in right shoulder for a couple of weeks now. It gets aggravated when I do heavy bench press or other chest exercises. It's that pointy bone on top of the shoulder that seems inflamed and the pain is localised just there. Really Need help in fixing it.

I think these exercises are good but your execution is too fast. I think tut (time under tension) is very important for a perfect training.
