Hi guys!! So many of you want to begin that Handstand journey. And I cannot blame you!! Handstands are so much fun but also amazing at build strength & awareness.
Let's use the wall to help is get stronger, find our center of gravity & build our confidence upside down. All you need is an open wall with some space. If you'd like a yoga mat or something to stand & balance on, it's definitely not a bad idea.
Feel free to warm up the wrists, shoulders & legs a bit first. Wrist care is essential!
