I plan on getting up earlier on the 3 days my family is here to knock out my workouts for the day; that way, I won’t feel guilty having 3 “cheat” days. I have to stay consistent to maintain the 100lbs I lost plus stay true to my new lifestyle routine❤

I stay consistent by working out at the same time everyday, I choose my workouts ahead of time an make sure I lay out my clothes! This was quick and spicy! Thank you Penny!

💪🏻💪🏻🤩🤩 so great and really complementing the last workout 👍👍 favourite exercises were hip thrusts and hammer curl 💪🏻 We are leaving for Spain in two days, will be doing tabatas and some running there and we plan to try to do all new workouts in the calendar to compensate for all the good food and lots of walking 🚶 Thank you so much for another superb workout, Penny 🙏🙏❤️

I feel great this was a very good workout and I loved the combo moves and the. Repeat Rather than repeating every exercise. I plan to keep consistent during the holidays it's no excuse to not workout. I choose an workouts for this reason get up get it done and go to work!

My favorites were the kickstand deadlift, hammer curls and straight arm sit up. As for keeping up with workouts during the holidays, I do a shorter workout. That is why I like your 30 minute workouts.
