Stay close to the floor in this gentle slow flow, spending a minute or so in each pose. Sense what it’s like to move your arms, legs, head and tail from your core. Then awaken the hips and the whole self, which stimulates digestion in body and mind. When we smoothly digest food and experiences, we are better equipped to deal with life's ups and downs - this is resilience.
