Flys with bands are the best!! The first exercise is my favorite. I often superset these fly exercises at low midpoints and the top to work different angles of the pecs.

Yeah man it's the truth. Single band bench press with the band wrapped around the back is definitely not ideal, but it can work if needed. That's why I prefer banded push ups as having your hands on the floor offsets the shoulder torque. What is your opinion on these, and how do they feel to you? I personally stick to banded bench press in a rack with band pegs and a barbell or some kind of bar that allows me to utilize 2 bands that are anchored away from the body. This setup feels way better and I get really good chest activation, with minimal added shoulder torque.

@@ClenchFitness Honestly I have lost my motivation to do any workouts. Work has been overwhelming. I am hoping soon maybe I can get back into the grove of my workout routine.

I know what weight training I'm 70 years old I just started I got dumbbells and some extra system bar so anything I get to see and can use I appreciate

The fly with the single band. I hook the band under the door for each arm.
