Hi Susie! As a mid-sized 14 year old girl you have really helped me with my body image. You have really helped me with the way I express myself in my fashion and how exercising makes you feel not just about it changing your body. Hey susie, can i just say literally SAME!! Back in 2020/21 I would wake up at 6am, go gym, do heavy weights, 6x a week and it would feel so effortless.... now, 2022/23 i've completely fallen off and struggling to get back into a routine for ages. I've only recently just started doing 30mins cardio around 3x a week but it feels IMPOSSIBLE to get back into what i was doing before. *cry*

It can be so demotivating when you know what you used to be capable of and now you can't even do half of that 😭 but if you got there once, you can get there again! 💪

I have no idea how I had the motivation to get up before 5am for the gym 👀 you aren’t alone! Ours lives are constantly changing and we aren’t the same person we were in 2020/21 xx I think once I stopped comparing myself and my new journey to my old self, things became a lot easier for me ! Also do you enjoy cardio? I find doing exercises I really like and changing it up is what motivates me ❤

I was just thinking that, like maybe she's the coach for the KZbinrs?? At first I thought it was just a coincidence that her name was Grace, but then with the video confirmation. I think it’s because she’s all around the KZbinr life and understands that we don’t have a lot of structure in our lives 😆 I’ve found it really great because she understands that sometimes I’m stressed out with work and I have to complete the exercise on the weekend or miss a workout that day! I was a athlete in high school, up until I destroyed both of my ankles and its been haunting me ever since. My body will never be the way it once was, and that's ok. Thank you for always making me feel normal and feminine and strong in the ways that really matter ❤

❤️Consistency is one of my issues, too. I feel like I never have the time. I've been doing the 10-minute workout you find on KZbin. It makes a world of difference. Instead of doing a big workout a few times a day, I do 10 minutes 5 days a week. ❤️

Having a gym class to go to consistently really helped motivate me. I look forward to the break on my lunch hour, especially if I'm having a crappy day. I'll just run a few laps around the gym before class and the stress melts.

I fell off with my health as well the last few months of the last year, god I felt like I was going to drop dead at any time. In December I started going to the gym. I thought there was no better time because they are empty during the holiday season. My goal was to only go twice a week and while it sucked I did it. January came along and for 2 weeks I procrastinated and started feeling like shit again before I woke up one day and just went in my raggedy old pj's that have holes lol. And I've been going consistently since, 3/4 times a week and working out is now fun for me. I do not like it while I'm doing it but I like how it makes me feel. Good luck to everyone that's trying to get their health back. We can do this, I believe in us.

Feel like we would be great friends ..You look amazing and need to easy on your self and you are doing amazing. I know you feel like you keep failing when you stop exercising, but remember you aren't quitting you are keeping it fresh and always keep pushing forward..be proud of that!

I’m trying to get back into the gym after stopping for 3 weeks 😢 for some reason I’ve gotten anxiety and depression out of nowhere so I was terrified of stepping in the gym and everything seemed terrifying, but I managed to go today…it’s the little steps that count ❤️

My favorite dessert right now that just hits the spot is a scoop of protein and a cup of frozen strawberries with about 50-60mL of almond milk. I blend it in a food processor until it triples in size. It's like a big fluffy cloud. You can add peanut butter, chocolate chips, and fruit on top. It's amazing!!

i love how you posted this when i was just contemplating if i should work out. ive struggled keeping a routine i liked and i would only do it for a week then never again :( its especially hard since i have scoliosis. you were the reason i started moving my body all those years agao and here you are again

I also always say 5 days a week for 1 hour and it never seems to happen. You inspire me and meanwhile I’m sitting here in my gym clothes using your video to procrastinate (it’s me, hi. ❤ you have made me realize that I shouldn’t work out just to look like someone else, I should do it for me and I have started working out this year and have struggled a little with the motivation and self nagging 😂 I have started doing Pilates and it’s less stressful than the workouts that would yell at me which makes me feel better lol. I have also been using my new treadmill and whenever I’m on it I watch your videos to feel like I’m in this with you and we can go all the way 🎉 I love you and you have been such a ray of sunshine in my life for years!

9:01 just a little disclaimer right here: yeah pushing yourself at times is important but please don't work out if you're feeling sick and even if you've recovered give your body enough time to recover. putting too much stress on a not fully recovered body can lead to myocarditis!

I've been in a huge workout slump since basically last summer. But this year I've been pushing myself to work out more, and I'm really enjoying it again. I'm aiming for 2-3 workout a week, with the third being optional on Saturday morning, if I feel like it. I don't set any requirements for my workout, it can be an hour, it can be 15 minutes, it can be intense cardio, or just a movement-based workout, just anything that'll get me up and moving. That's really helped me get the motivation to keep going, because I used to be like, I have to do arms today, I have to work out for this long, etc, and then I'd get stressed just from thinking about it. Now it's more about just getting some movement in, and connecting with my body. As for workouts for you to try, maybe do a month of Growwithjo's walking workouts? I don't think you've tried those yet (maybe I'm wrong)!

I am so happy that you are doing this, so I will be encouraged and motivated❤. I have been trying to lose weight since 2016 as I gained 20KG all of sudden, I tried several diets, go to gym, and cutting my sugar and carbs intake. But I was gaining more weight instead of losing. This year I have decided to try for one more time. So took blood test and went to Dr. nutrition, signed up for EMS and so far I am in my 2nd week of this journey. I have lost 2.5 KG in my first week (I did detoxing for 7 days). and hopefully this week I will be losing more. it's a tough journey, but I am happy that I start losing weight and feel good.

It depends on the farmers market, but sometimes vendors misrepresent themselves and are actually buying produce wholesale (like that would normally go to the supermarket) and selling that! You could check if your market has information on the vendors to see if that’s the case or if they just use the same packaging. Love ur content ❤️

I feel ya girl, we just get in a rut sometimes and that's ok too if ur not feeling like working out just rest, stress can take a toll. I just started a workout today and so not fit my arms where so sore after. Will be working out tomorrow. 30 minutes is enough for me too and I need to start eating healthy just don't know how to begin that kinda need a healthy eating plan.

Hey Susie, i was in a major slump too not working for a year, you should consider volunteering or a fun parttime job or even school on top of KZbin! it will help you majorly with your mental health as maybe just doing your videos can be kind of lonely and repetitive. I also found it hard to be mentally stimulated just waiting for my boyfriend to come home and leave, he felt a lot of pressure to be the best part of my day too so all in all, just way happier now that I'm in school and doing things. Big fan of your channel, and I hear you with accountability! Best way of feeling progress is when others notice it.

Susie is so me. This year I was so keen on getting back into fitness, and actually attending uni seminars. This hasn’t happened! 😐💀 I’ve put on a ton of weight and feel so unwell, even though I know that when I do workout, everything just falls into place! The worst part is, getting back into it and being able to do nothing. Then reflecting back into your past life, annoyed that you fell off the bandwagon and hating yourself when you were at your best 🤦🏼‍♀️😑 Anyways, after this rant, this video has sooo helped me, knowing that it’s human to fall off and it’s okay to get back on! Whether you’re having to begin again or just get back into it after a short time off. So hoorah to getting back into a fitness routine and yayyy for the future!

Hey Susie!! First off I just love you😂. Your vibes are immaculate and every time you upload I get so much joy. I know you have talked a little about your PCOS in past videos and I’m quite curious on that. I apologize if you’ve already made a video on this and I just didn’t know, but I would love to know more if you haven’t. I’ve recently been diagnosed and I’m a little lost on how to handle my symptoms. I’ve heard that you need to cut out dairy completely, and that you should only eat very little carbs, etc etc. Anyways, thank you for always being such an inspiration to all kinds of women❤️ Love ya!
