Well done. Keep the content coming. In as much as there are variables that make frequency less certain, when you get to the end of this series I think we’d all appreciate your “here’s how we tend to program”. Also as a masters lifter I’d be very interested in your insights about masters training.

I always Live listening to Matt bc he’s not shy about talking about himself… that being said he’s a SAVAGE and SUPER EDUCATED! Never been a powerlifter REMOTELY but you can take what he says as Covenant! And whatever you do at the gym, his processes are Applicable
@ctsingletonboxing28292 ай бұрын
1:30:33 He's extremely knowledgeable about the sport. He makes sure you know in every podcast he does what his education is and how many world records he has. Can't take it away from him it's just funny.

Man this guy is such a great role model. Holy shit. I’m a 38 year old Man who has had a lot of accomplishments and am well respected and successful but some key things (habits namely) Matt said made me realize that he is an optimal role model for me. What a dude. And also, Dave, you kick ass man. I lost touch with Table Talk for a bit…bad decision. Thank you both for this very much. Marine Mike 🇺🇸 💪

Awesome content. Anybody got any advice on how long to keep an exercise in rotation to get past neurological addaption and into more muscle growth, then when to change it out for a change in stimulus? For contex im a skinny, bad genetics, 51yo hitting newby gains again after 9 months focused on rock climbing and just trying to get back some lost muscle + add a little more size/strength

You know when Matt spoke about his brother’s wedding that was interesting. So weird imho that his sister in law held a grudge. Some women just don’t know how to love especially with this wedding extravaganza crap. As a woman I would have told my bro in law You have one life go after your dreams We’ll have a toast at the wedding in your honor. Let’s celebrate your brother and i’se union and your victory when.you’re free I’m proud of you. Weddings can be a. Interruption for certain people dependent upon what they have going on. These pressures for forced family engagements are not always ideal. Natural gatherings just bring better energy. Matt I’m glad your bro told you he understood That’s a good brother. Sometimes certain family members need a certain kind of support that is uncommon They actually need it to win and I’m here for it
