@Rob Dahm I know it would be overkill at this point but, Andrew Brilliant of AMB-Aero does a lot of aero work for world time attack cars (WTAC) and offers services at different price points.....the awesome part about your build is he usually has to model the car to do Aero-SIM work but, since most of your car is has been modeled (by yourself), he can work on the aero package remotely.....in the future he could be a valuable assets to request services from when designing the 4-rotors final body / aero package.

Great video as always Rob. You may want to consider picking up a torch mounted amp control for your TIG. It allows you to move all of the functions of the foot pedal to a simple slide potentiometer mounted on the torch. You have all of the functionality of the foot pedal conveniently mounted on the hand piece. This allows you to stop, start and vary amperage simply by moving a small slide bar with your thumb or finger. They are great for "out of position" applications. I have a C.K. Worldwide switch mounted to my torch always and simply switch the connector at the welder between the foot pedal (In use 95% of the time) and the POT (only use it when I am welding out of position) They are "Kick Ass".

This project has been awesome to watch. Nice to see your skills, means and confidence grow. Fair play on the positional TIG. Not as easy as it looks underneath a car on your back (I’ve been there). I’m amazed you use the foot pedal, makes it even more awkward! Personally I’d set a high peak amperage with a load of slope out, then use the slope out to control the amperage on a button rather than the pedal. Fair play if you only have the one harness set up for pedal.
