Great Explore Owen! House has a strange layout but still good nonetheless! Good to see the Carlo the Great there with you,he does great videos as well! Loved that model ship in the basement! Don’t worry about the negative comments I’ve seen in the previous videos either, the positive ones far outweigh them,just keep doing what you’re doing,as you do it very well!🙂👍🇦🇺

That second floor would be an awesome sewing studio, or art studio and gallery. The third floor I would turn into a library. Line in with shelves, and add a couple of reading lights and comfy chairs.

This is a GREAT ESTATE!!!! Sooooooo SAD no one has lived in it!!!! WHAT A WASTE!!!! LOVE the Kitchen with the Wine Rack on the Side of the Counter. The Paint Colors are LOVELY!!!! I don't think I've ever seen Crown Molding and Border together. Kindof ODD!!!! And yeah, that Ship is SOMETHING!!!! I would think it would be VERY EXPENSIVE to purchase!!!! Thanks Urbex and Company. I really didn't like the lay out of this house, too much wasted space and the rooms didn't look very functional, it did however have some really nice features and I liked the kitchen which must have been hi-spec then.

I live in a 800 sq ft house and I mostly only use my computer room ... I would not even know what to do with a house that size. Some one should move in and pretend they own it and just start living there ... fix the roof.

I know what you can do. You can just move in and just half of the place right down the address to that place and come back to hire somebody take out the dry rot and a lot going on and resurface the place clean it up all the things that still there can be there at 10 is that is those of them that Tammy saved and not just that you also move on in if nobody wanted it in the first place that it is fair game and that I don’t know is true because of no one owns it and you can own it. This I know is true as well so yeah, go ahead move on in. I had to do this clown place. You can use the base of your operation to further your videos. I don’t know if you have kids or a wife or anything like that or whoever you are with they can move in with you for your basis of your operation of video developer that you are and there’s a word for that for video developer and there is wood for it and that word is Videographer development You can do that for a living and you can also get paid that way and still trying to keep up the key.
