Three movements that I have added in with programming that explore rotation to protect the elbows and build durable arms that can withstand all of the pressing and pulling movements we program. For more help with your training check out the FREE SEVEN DAY TRIAL of this program below:

Hello Mr. Griffith, I've been following your videos for quite a while and have also incorporated a few exercises into my program. I go swimming twice between my strength training. So 2 days of strength training, 1 day of swimming, 2 days of strength training, 1 day of swimming and the 7th day is a break. Unfortunately, I can't run at the moment. My swimming sessions are 750 meters breaststroke, 750 meters front crawl and finally 750 meters breaststroke and front crawl alternating. My strength training is a kind of whole body training 1 day chest, back and legs 3 exercises each with 4 sets and 15 -20 repetitions. On the second day I do my stomach, shoulders and arms. In your opinion, does this training make sense or not? I can imagine that you are probably annoyed by such questions and at the same time I apologize for the long message. I'm a big fan of your content and all I can say is keep it up. Many greetings from Germany

I think you should look into arm wrestlers, how they work on their elbows and forearms is pretty interesting. What they do is very sport specific but all they do is work their arms sometimes working just one arm. I personally am not an arm wrestlers but a good person to look into is Devon Larratt. He's a Canadian arm wrestler who was in the Canadian military then focused on pro arm wrestling. He has some crazy stuff he does, but that dude is crazy strong because of it. I think you would learn a lot and he would learn a lot just from you two talking to each other.
