Bunion Taping Big Toe for Pain Relief

Today we are going to teach you a technique to tape the big toe to alleviate bunion pain. The idea is to bring the big toe away from the second toe using rigid tape.

It doesn't cure bunions. It may help relieve pain and also enable you to wear certain shoes more comfortably.

Look for sports tape or kinesiology tape.

I tried doing this but when I tried it with one big toe there was pain when I pulled it away from the other toes should I still try this

Maybe try pulling it a little less. The idea is for it to relieve pain and/or help you wear certain shoes without them rubbing the bunion.

You can buy the tape at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS etc... its kinesiology tape. Soirts doctors use it quite often n can be used for back issues shoulder sprains strains etc... pull it up on you tube under kinesiology tape. Good with Arthritis issues as well.
