Hi Leslie. I want to say a big Thank you and God bless you for this program. Specially these days with COVID I am so glad that I was able to follow this and start doing my exercises from Home. I am 51yrs and a Sri Lankan married to an Arab and living in United Arab Emirates. My weight was around 80 😬🤭. I have a cartilage issue and was doing homeopathy treatment. Then my doctor advice me to do walking cause my weight was affecting my knees. But he said no thread-mill. And he got me to get a shoe sole made for my walking cause I am also a flat feet person. So I was so discouraged about all this and loosing weight when I came across your exercises. And I am doing now for the past 11/2 months to tell you I find a big change in me. And my husband is also so pleased and happy. You encourage from your talking that I am motivated. And now I have come down to 75 now. Thank you once again and God bless you. I am telling all my friends now. Cause I don’t want to stop. And I want others also to follow. 🥰😍🌹

It.'s been many years since I have done a aerobic workout and thought I wouldnt be able to do it now, older and unfit ..but your routines are so easy but effective to follow. I am hooked! I've been walking with you for 2 years now...i am 45yo working mom 157cm and 2 years ago i was 77kg...after 1 year of 4miles daily walk with you guys...i lost 20kg...and still walking since then...and maintaining w/o yoyo again at 57kg now..thank you😘😘

@@lusciousphilippa i walked everyday...at 8pm at home after officehour and done with the dinner table cleaning , while watching film in our livingroom , talking to my husband and my son, but i keep your video sound low 😊😊...everyday....then until now.....and the diet was just counting the calories intake vs outtake and make it deficit....i count the walking 4miles as 250calories..so intake is 1000cal vs walking 250+activity 1500cal = deficit 750cal/day.....so every 10 days +/- deficit 7500cal =1kg down.....now i am only maintaining so intake can be +/-1200-1500cal /day...

Great workout, wish it was longer. Love the hand weights, you should do more videos with them. I use 2 and 3 pound neoprene-covered dumbbells for all your videos -- just to add a little more burn and strength-training.
