i have been doing this every day for the past month and today i noticed that I HAVE A SIX PACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! granted it's only visible if i stand in front of a certain mirror with certain lighting but it exists regardless! thank you so much for making this videos

This is directed to all of you with questions: people with different body types and different genetics will have different results doing this workout. There is no one size fits all. Personally, I am a naturally thin person. Before I started working out I wasn't very toned or anything but I was skinny. When you are already skinny, getting muscle definition like abs is easier because you don't have to burn a lot of fat before your muscles are visible. They are already closer to the "surface" so when they get bigger they are easier to see. I personally actually GAINED a little weight after doing these workouts because muscle weighs more than fat. To the person above me, my thighs actually got bigger because as I said I gained more muscle. For a person who has a little excess weight, they may notice that their thighs get smaller as they burn that fat. I know this may sound a little hypocritical from the person who posted about how excited she was about having abs, but being active and healthy is so much more important than how you look. Good luck to everyone on their fitness journey and please remember there is no magic pill or exercise that will get you the exact same results as everyone else.

Best workout in popsugar!!! Short and so so effective. Heather is so gentle that she gives a feeling like we're flying through it when actually she's killing us.....in a very good good way. I wish she will come back to treat us with some more of her expertise. Loved it❤️❤️

same, I live at the top floor so jumping is impossible unless I love getting complains from my neighbours Try modifying all those jump moves, like instead of the jump ropes do a high knee march instead. I know without jumping it doesn't burn as much but that's the only way I am doing right now to get a good workout. I cant afford going to the gym at the meantime so... You can try LIT method's workout (they did 2 videos in popsugar), I think those are the most effective low impact workouts for me cause I really felt my heart rate at the cardio series

I've been following popsugar workouts for over a year now and have to say that out of all of them, this video is one of the toughest but most effective workouts there is. Heather Dorak has such a calm tone to her too which makes you feel sedated while you're screaming on the inside!

I have been trying a lot of types of workouts on and off, but POPSUGAR is my go-to. This also was one of the best videos I've done! I remember when I had a lot of lower stomach fat that I was really unhappy with but I did this and intense ab workout by gabrielle whited for 1 month and I already see stomach muscles and my fat has disappeared and I have a flat stomach now that i’m happy and proud of (btw I’m only 12 so this is a lot for me)

I found the warmup harder than the actual routine but, that's because I'm very weak in my core and planks are my weakness!!! Overall a great workout. Did have to stop a few times to catch breathe and muscle straining due to yesterday's workout! I love popsugar!!

This summer i was very unfit, not fat, but still not skinny! And I ve done this workout like 10 times this summer, and I seen abnormas difrence! I didnt keep trac of anything, just being bored at summer time, so I did workouts! This defitntly works, for toning up!

Fun interval/abs workout but no stretching and very few classic moves from Pilates. A good workout if short on time, but not the elegant abwork required in a classic Pilates class.

First time ever tried this.... Wohhh... That was indeed sOo hard... But will continue and see the results... I' actually skinny... but got fat after staying at home during holidays..... especially small love handles in my lower back... Just want to get rid of it and ofcourse wanna a flat stomach.
