Our company policy doesn’t allow use of mail chimp etc. so it was getting difficult creating newsletters. I am assuming we can also add shapes and icons /into graphics this way into the newsletter ?? Unfortunately I spent hours creating this is the Outlook desktop app, only to find out that for people using Outlook's web app, all the formatting gets tossed out the window. I tried Googling a bunch of troubleshooting strategies but to no avail. Anyone else have this issue?

Is there any way to stop the content in the table being jumbled up when I view in other email clients? It seems the formatting in the table goes out the window when added to the table. Yes you can save the email as a template. Also another way is you could send it to yourself and just go back to it each time you want to send it it, just editing it with the new information.

Hello Ludo, good question. Happily you only need to create the template once, and then you can send out subsequent emails very quickly simply by Modifying the original template.

Hello Linda, the pixel dimensions are always on the Rise due to the fact that screens keep increasing the number of pixels that they are capable of displaying. 1000 X 1500 Thats 1000 wide by 1500 tall. Ironically this is also a good size for other mediums, for example Pinterest. 1080 X 1080 This is another good size and if you save your email as an image (jpg, png) you can post it on Instagram & Facebook. In general it's a good idea to use size dimensions that allow for you to export and then repost your creations on other platforms.

@@BurntoLearn TY! I've been using Adobe Spark for exporting images for Facebook headers and for Instagram. I was guessing that for importing into Outlook tables, you wouldn't want to go too large in case you're going to overwhelm smartphone viewing....

You can save this as a template...For this before sending the email, click file>save as>Enter your file name>select Outlook Template from save as type> Click Save. Now you can double click to open the template on outlook whenever you want to send this out...

In theory yes, however it would be best on the desktop as it offers the tools that are needed. If your going to go mobile we recommend using Mailchimp. Check out our Mailchimp series. We cover all the basics.

I have to admit, the plain average email is far more inviting to me. Who wants to look at excess baggage and fillers that, for the most part, obscure the message? Not to mention, all that crap you add to the message makes your email look like spam.
