Join me for this new LET`S GET SHREDDED SERIES, and let`s start working on specific muscles. This is an 8 min CHEST WORKOUT that features 12 variations of chest targeting exercises, all performed from a standing position. A short 8 minute workout will do wonders for targeting specific muscles.
As I promised, this channel is all about mixing and matching. You can use short workouts to strengthen your entire body, burn calories, work on mobility, balance, and improve your endurance.
The LET`S GET SHREDDED SERIES is here to help you work on building (toning) muscles. Feel free to mix and match and create your own muscle toning routine.
These will also work great as workout finishers.

this was great! i'm morbidly obese and struggle to workout, but these were accessible movements that I was capable of doing. i also loved that it was 30s for each one, reminding myself that i can do anything for 30s.

I don’t know how to use the short workouts 🙁 Do I do all of the ones in a playlist? Just a couple? With the longer videos it’s obvious hot to do them but the short ones I’m just confused. Anyway thank you!! I LOVE your content and you have been instrumental in me being able to lose 70 lbs since Jan 2021. I’m just now incorporating weights

i completed week 4 ... ate alot ...thats y didnt lost any pound .... but this week i will do healthy eating with daily exercises 66 kgs same weight as previous week

Yes, standing chest workouts are imperfect... It's really hard to isolate the chest muscle from a standing position, using just dumbbells.

It should be for "shoulders & chest" Was alright but a but misleading, got a shoulder burn moreso after the first 2 exercises. I guess it's standing though.

Yeah, chest is tricky standing! The best you can do is really focus on your chest muscles while you do it.

Hey, i know im not the creator of the video but i do specialize in these things(working out and muscle building). However you can absolutely build muscle by doing this only once a day a couple times a week, you would have to keep adding weight or you will hit a plateau. Once you increase weight I would highly recommend decreasing the amount of days to 3 and after a while maybe even down to one with more weight. As a little tip i would not add more weight for at least 2 -3 weeks at a time, and the reasoning behind decreasing how many days a week with increasing weight is to give the body enough time to heal in between, if you keep working that muscle and not give it time to heal and grow, you could get seriously injured.

You can pause that clip, so this and then return to it and do the slow down. There's no problem if you do it after the slowdown either.

1st exercise - front raise shoulders 2nd - cross body Y raises - also shoulder 3rd exercise - does nothing fot chest because weight moved left and right has no effect 4 - rotator cuffs Etc etc this sucks

Personally I stop the video when it gets to the cool down then come and do this one, after finishing this set I do a total cool down I use two taps on my browser to switch easily between them. Hope this helps
