Looks delicious, but for those who have high BP and are watching their sodium ( salt) the 2 cans of soup has 1620 ml of sodium alone.And although the onion salt sodium content is lower than regular salt it's still 380 ml of sodium. Not to mention that she's sprinkled quite a bit of it on both sides. It's best to use low sodium soups,and just use garlic and onion powder.

Best types of salt to use are pink salt, sea salt, Celtic salt they actually do not raise BP. All the processed ingredients and seasonings used were loaded with sodium! I wouldn’t add any additional seasonings past the canned soups!

But I am with you Tamar I must agree, cook home cook meal don't go out all the time and eat. It is fun to cook sit down at the table on a regular plate and enjoy a home-cooked meal. Get it up watch the dishes let him dry on or the kids wash you dry have a good time in the kitchen. But you always start to dishwater before you even start cooking. And yes in the dishwater add just a little bit of bleach. And it will make your cooking and cleaning time easy.😊
