Looks delicious, but for those who have high BP and are watching their sodium ( salt) the 2 cans of soup has 1620 ml of sodium alone.And although the onion salt sodium content is lower than regular salt it's still 380 ml of sodium. Not to mention that she's sprinkled quite a bit of it on both sides. It's best to use low sodium soups,and just use garlic and onion powder.

Best types of salt to use are pink salt, sea salt, Celtic salt they actually do not raise BP. All the processed ingredients and seasonings used were loaded with sodium! I wouldn’t add any additional seasonings past the canned soups!

There's nothing like a good Easy quick meal you can hook up, pop in the oven and DONE! Especially with having kids and managing around the weekly routine schedule 😩 nobody wants to be slaving over no stove Chile 😆. I'm definitely rocking with this Tay❤..looks super delicious 😋.
