This makes it feel as though there were many pleas along the way. 1:57 - 2:00 This plea starts off as a distress call, but turns out to be a simple sales pitch, nothing to be distraught over, although the overreaction is amusing. 2:00 - 2:03 This has the same idea as the plea in 1:55 solidifying that idea. 2:03 - 2:08 Similar to the birthmark this starts as a completely normal scenario with the plea added in haphazardly. Literal themes: The reoccurring themes for phrases tend to be pleas, and justifying the pleas with the lack of red flags. The whole idea seems to tell the story of someone trying to reach out, and sell their beds. As you can tell by the fact he denies Laura the beds, he is compassionate about the beds, he doesn't want to sell them to just anybody. The bloopers seem like he has gone through this idea many times, and feel as though he's repeating himself. Metaphorical themes: BDG wants to reach out to someone, and share something that once brought him joy. This could represent the sharing of knowledge, and memories. The changing style at the beginning, and new family member in the middle tell a story of someone growing up. He wants to share his memories, and ideas with the world, but doesn't know how. The idea of sharing his memories, and idea is shared in the potluck. The time limit of the bed's sale could represent death. Conclusion: 4/5 it's aight
