📋 INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower Steak:
1 cauliflower
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil (1/4 cup)
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
Salt to taste
Pepper, black, ground
Salad:
1/2 white cabbage, finely chopped
2 carrots, grated
3 tablespoons sesame oil (1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons rose water or 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp agave syrup
Coriander, fresh, chopped to taste
Black sesame seeds, for garnish
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes in convection mode.
