I love plums exactly as they are! But I’m a little afraid of the acrylamides they contain. Can you tell me how much acrylamide is inside the typical plum? Doctors are saying we’re not supposed to take in more than 117 micrograms daily. Thank you!

I eat them too fast, so I like to dry them out a little more in an open container in the fridge. Then I have prune jerky to snack on. Don't knock it before you try it 😝😋‼️
