Hey really nice project! I was just thinking about your Silicone problem. The reason you have a problem with getting it to dry, at the first stage of the video. Is that the silicone needs air to able to evaporating and dry. And that is not possible when it is under the plastic film. 😁

Your filming skills are at a high level. TV could learn alot from you! :-) Now that you're at it, maybe a small light inside the glovebox? That would be something of a showoff! (could be lit with the rear light, no switch/contact needed, nobody knows) ;-) That "finding the middle" is really helpful in all kinds of challenges when no ruler is at hand. A piece of wood from both walls and you know where to put the door. :-)

the bright side That is a fantastic and very unique idea. It will definitely be possible. I’d recommend using a marine rope so that it’s more durable to withstand different conditions.
