Happy Sunday! How are you feeling today? I'm excited to share this new practice with you all. It's gentle, suitable for all levels, and features deep breathing, meditation, and mindful movement. There were some issues with the audio during filming, so I apologize for areas where it's choppy, and the wind noise gets a bit loud! I've made some changes to my recording setup to avoid this in future videos :) Enjoy!

I want to thank you from my heart & souk for making these videos available to all. I'm pushing 60 wise years and have been inactive for too long. My soul hurts and I battle anxiety & depression. When I practice any if your videos I just feel like I'm coming home. Your voice and your posture sequences are soothing & calming and just what mu body & soul are craving. Namaste 🙏💙🤍💙
