Aw thank you!! If you cradle the back of your head with your hands it should help support your neck and reduce some of the strain on it. Hope this helps :) keep crushing it✨

the endorhines i get after these videos are crazy! i never feel as energised and positive when i use the shorter videos but these 20-30 min ones make me feel amazing. the only reason i dont use them everyday is becuase i need to quickly get ready for school in the morning 😥

Everytime I do the abb works on the floor, it hurts my neck which makes me not able to complete it. Is there something I am doing wrong? Or a variation I can do without straining and lifting my head up? Other than that I have been loving these! I am trying to become a new me this summer and starting these have helped me feel really good and happy!

So proud of you!! You can interlace your fingers behind your head to cradle it, and that should take some of the strain off your neck during the abs on back portion :) keep crushing it✨

heyy new subscriber here! can u explain the difference between pilates and other "normal" ab/butt workouts (like chloe ting)? I'm just beginning and I don't really know the difference, thanks! I'm just trying to tone my stomach and abs and lose some weight for the summer!

Hi!! Welcome to the sweaty fam!! SO alot of moves are pretty universal when it comes to home workouts but I like to think of Pilates as more of a FLOW, like a choreography where one move flows into the next. All moves are very lengthening, gently on your body with stretching incorporated. For my workouts, I blend barre with Pilates to give it more intensity :)
