It's not really something that he'd want to share with a team, I imagine. Many times he hacks onto their computer/account, he can see a lot of personal/sensitive information and in some cases has access to money transfer authority. It just takes one irresponsible person on a team like that to morally corrupt the whole idea.

Hackers and scammers hide traces through relaying and deflection of their connections and traces, but it's not always possible to hide themselves completely. With cooperations from intelligence agencies and ISP, its possible for them to trace the logs and find hackers. The problem here is that India's corrupt companies may not be cooperative, so hacking as a worldwide issue comes down to political friction.
