What if you have not given any access an someone as remote access anyway. My pc any gadget I have problems with for instance I always close my browsers before going to bed. In the morning my web browser was open on my Facebook page. I put security on my PC to stop remote access and it's not working. My web traffic two too I'm getting issues with

The scene with the cops holding the scammers hands looked staged to me. Can't the Indian coppers afford hand cuffs? Zip ties could do the same job, cops in other parts of the world use 'em but I've never seen cops holding hands with criminals unless the arrests were staged..

Never read our an unsolicited OTP out over the phone. If you didn't initiate the call to begin with you should just assume it's a scam. The big red flag is a "company" calling you to save money. What company in their right mind would call customers to try to reduce their bill? They want customers over paying without knowing it for as long as possible.
