Interesting thought. But life is stressful, sometimes more, sometimes less. And things that can help - exercise, meditation, healthy diet, breathing, therapy, whatever...I would say they can all have value. I don't know if anyone can ever "fix" everything, so to speak.🤷♂️

Yes, but in the meantime we need coping strategies while working on fixing society.
