When I was 50, put up a 20x20 tent designed to utilize 2 people (which meant 4 men) I propped with 2x4s plus rope tied to trees, tightening a little at a time. I had a few collapses, but did it. I should have set up video cam.

The inflatable is like a floating tent... great for overnight camping/fishing. I think you could make a simple dolly for it out of 2x4s and wheel barrow tires. Should make getting it in and out of the water easier.

I'm only a minute and a half into the video, and my first thought is, wouldn't it have been easier to inflate it near the water? The huge size and balancing act with it inflated versus a much smaller size with a little bit of balancing issues being deflated. You could have brought a wheely cart, like what they use for lumber in Home Depot or something.

I've been watching your content for a few weeks now and gotta say I am really liking the everyday guy take on bass fishing and eating a few of the fish. A lot of people today really don't understand that taking a few fish, especially smaller ones, can actually really help a fishery. I hate game hogs and people that try to fill their freezers, and their neighbor's, but a shore lunch now and again won't hurt a thing and if you do it right might actually help. Watching this one, it occurred to me that your inflatable house boat would be the perfect vessel to visit and camp on my private island in the Florida keys. I would love to see some videos you could make there. Only owners or designees can legally camp on these islands in Florida bay. It's 13 miles from Key West and just 1000 yards off US1, in very shallow water.

I don't know about eating stuff from the ocean, because of microplastics and other pollution. But river fishing! You guys inspired me. I was looking forward to hunting deer & rabbits with a bow, then I got into the idea of living in a houseboat in or near the ocean. But rivers are so great. Thank you.

Fishhooks and inflatables. Sometimes the two interact with less than optimal results. Sudden high winds and open water are another consideration. EPIRB is actually more than necessary . Losing a bow chamber in an inflatable from hitting a wave and an elbow crashing down on that chamber, causing a less than stable ride back to shore happened. It was my elbow. About a mile out. But this thing is pretty damn cool. I want one. Probably not going to, though. No real utility value. Though, the fun factor.... there is that.

In Europe ( which is where you say this boat came from rather imprecisely) we have fully grown adults who can as a pair easily can the body weight of one another. We also inflate such boats once we have taken them past obstacles and so we'd have inflated it at the water's edge. Also Europe is 4066 sq.mi,. The USA ( wherever that is) is 3797 sq.mi. and hence just 93% of Europe in size. Tight lines.

What you need is a triangle. Flat top, pointy bottom. Bottom has 1 axle like a wheelbarrow, but in the middle. Put boat on flat part of triangle. Save time and pain.
